It can be good for certain limited metas, but of course any meta with normal types will have Vigoroth which isn't great for Spinda.

It sounds crazy right? But that's around 256 XLs per Pokémon. Most are level 50 which is 296 XLs, there are a few shadows that need 360 XLs & then some Pokémon are purified or not level 50 which brings the average down a bit.
