Bro you can't farm in public servers. You gotta do like 10% of his hp and every time you fought kaido. you got like 90-300 gems when u fought kaido which I think isn't 10% of his health. the max for getting gems from kaido is 450 but I think when you got 300 gems maybe you did 10% or more of his hp. But you should mostly farm in ps. And the chance is very annoying I've been farming for a whole week in a ps and still haven't got dragon.
