I Spent 24 Hours Building A HUGE Cliff Cabin in Minecraft 1.18. This build took over 24 hours in real life to build in survival with a mega cliff cabin for our village. We also build a Chicken Cooker so we can get some automatic cooked chicken.. Yummy.

A Shepard's hut a bit further up the mountain would be neat! Nice access to wool, and also sheep in the mountains is just neat. Maybe a few "guard" goats too.

Love the woodcutters cabin. I use alot of your tutorials to inspire my survival world builds. Maybe add a granary on the water with a waterwheel to process wheat.

Lovely! The new building is gorgeous. I like the closer mountain with the crevasse in it for the castle site, although it would also work on the next mountain further away I think. The whole lot is looking really nice together, and the lumber yard and forest lot looks very authentic! I'm seriously jealous of how good your trees look! I'm in a spruce village in my survival world, just edging onto an oak forest and I've just built my bee house (it's in an old fashioned botanical house style with sandstone and beech wood). I want to do a custom tree in the center but I've never tried to build one before... anyway love the vid Blue!

this area is so breathtaking!! you did such an amazing job, what I wouldn't give to live somewhere like this lol if you want to build more into the mountain, maybe you could make some little walkways with shops and stalls to be like a little market maybe? that might be better placed near the lake tho idk otherwise, maybe an inn higher on the mountain or maybe even a church could be cool

Your build style is quite unique. I do absolutely love the detailing and care that goes into all of your creations. I aspire to be at your level of skill some day, sir. As far as new buildings go... Hmm... I think you should try for: • A Plantation, with a big wheat field. • A Smithy/Fletcher, to get all your weapons, arrows, and the like. • A Library, complete with Enchanting Tables and Lecterns. • A Fishery with a dock and some fishing boats.

Maybe another build for the village could be a horse stable and cart crafting home? A mountain village would of course need transportation over long distances to bring in materials or to distribute wood supplies to different parts of the town or to the eventual castle.

I think you should build a Von Trap type house across the lake - a ‘gentrified’ area. You could build a yacht on the lake as if there are holiday in rich people.

I would love to see some kind of Ubisoft's The Settlers game vibes, and you to add Cole, Iron and Gold Mine entrance's on the side of that huge mountain background, maybe add some mint's and iron smelters on the river banks, before expanding it to whole blown city. But you do you! I love the flow how you add little by little for the whole idea. Keep it up mate!

You should build smaller young trees in the farm. Makes more sense for younger trees to be there than full grown trees that would be harvested

I think you should build a dam into the ravine by where you want to build the town hall, maybe incorporate a water wheel below the dam. you won't really see it since it will be below but I think it could be cool. maybe have a main road that crosses the dam to reach the other side of the future village

Just a note on these cabins you find a lot in the alps: they usually don't have an overhang balcony, but rather a built in balcony just over the brick built and white painted base. The balcony is built in depth and does not extend out. So, your balcony feels kinda weird to me, because I am used to seeing these Alps-style houses. But it's still cool, just kinda eerie as well. Apart from that, I really love the area and how it all comes together! From seeing the trees and the rooted dirt in the lumber area I feel inspired to build a little hiking trail, with some custom trees, bushes, paths and waterfalls, all going up a mountainside. Going to get working on that soon, thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks Jam, yeah I know what you mean about the balconies but I wanted to go with a cross between real life alps style cabins and concept art style log cabins. The roof and balconies are more like the concept art versions but overall style is more like the real life versions. I'm glad you like it buddy =)

The chicken cooker is going to burn up all your food. use a extinguished campfire in place of that slab and a hopper minecart to pull the cooked chicken into the chest. Love the videos epic builds I always learn a thing or two every time. Awesome job!!

Yeah I forgot about that the lava burns the chicken now, not sure what version but i think it was 1.15 that changed that. I fixed with a hopper minecart already but thanks for pointing it out buddy =)

Hey BlueNerd, u should build a moss farm. These produce a ton of moss and related moss items. Its is also an amazing way to get bone meal and the system is self sufficient if built correctly. I highly recommend it.

I love your building & landscaping, it looks so good! One tip: You said, you use a lot of bonemeal and therefore built a cactus farm. A cactus farm is good for getting cactus, bonemeal not so much. I would recommend for your next bonemeal farm using melon, or even better: Moss!
