I Spent 3 HOURS Everyday Aim Training for Valorant

I decided I wanted to try training my aim, but I didn't know what worked or what didn't so I decided to just do 1 month of aim training on just One Map, Sixshots ultimate. I spent all my time on this map not aiming for highscores but focusing on accuracy and muscle memory, to do that I decided to go Super Super Slow in hopes that my muscle memory would remember the movements more precisely. Basically I restricted myself to going super SUPER slow on a map I had no idea if it would actually help me or not.
I've spent most of my time procrastinating while editing this video so it took me a few months... It's fair to say my aim has kiiiinda maybe reverted back to how it was BUT I still have some fundamentals ingrained in my aim! At least I hope

you would’ve benefited way more from finding a routine and sticking to that instead of doing one scenario only. u should try that for the next month! loved the video keep it up

keep pushing bro! bit of advice: doing sixshot only for 3 hours a day isnt really the best idea considering you are only focusing on 1 part of your aim (being statick micro flicks) and doing one specific task with no variation for an excessive period of time. Its a good idea to tackle all areas of your aim at once so you can actually hit moving targets consistently. Some good playlists i recommend are the voltaic valorant benchmarks and the woohoojin x voltaic valorant aimtraining playlist. other things that will improve your kills are target confirmation, gunfight hygiene and movement (woohoojin has great videos on these topics) if you keep a similar level of consistency and commitment im sure you will reach great heights. gl!

I think it would be better if you do an aim training routine (30 min) after your matches and a warmup before them. And also don't forget to improve movement, on the video I saw you lack good peeking technique.

You claim that you've spent 3 hours a day for a month, but the play count is 2185 which is around hour an ~10-15 minutes a day, if you didn't restart more than 2/3 of the runs you did. Either you're lying or something else is going on.

he prolly played sixshot b4 he started the 1 month trng?
@mch9861
@mch9861 Месяц назад
@@Joel-ue7kqthat would be even worse, his play count is 2185 when he got his highscore of 108 000, which supposedly happened by the end of the month. As I said, if his first sixshot round happened when he first started training that comes around to 1 hour and 10/15 minutes a day, if he has played sixshot before the training, that means that he has spend even less time trying a day during this one month period than my estimation of 1 hour and 15 minutes

Training ur strafes and shooting movement its important than just grind aim lab. And crosshair placement.

3 year of playing this shitty game and no aim training whatsoever just hopping straight into unraked or swiftplay or spike rush.. no this ain't a motivational comment... and now I am the worst 200 level player of all time remember level of player doesn't matter when it comes to valorant

muscle memory does not work on aiming
@owdanobi
@owdanobi 2 месяца назад
Yeah it does, Muscle memory is just gained by doing an action over and over again until soon won't have to "think" about doing that action again. If you flick to an opponent, that itself is muscle memory as flicking onto an enemy head itself is only able to be done with muscle memory :)

So what's the best way to do static? Slowly go to the targets like him? Or flick then microadjust?@@mmayo2684

tarkov is a hard game, but aim is near inconsequential in tarkov compared to 99% of other fps games. would never recommend for aim improvement.
