did you know the only real difference between carbon fiber and fiber glass ... aside from cost is one is conductive and the other is not .. they are both equivalent for strength and heat resistance ... the amount of difference is less than 1% ...
I'm not an RC hobbyist but I have watched your channel for several years (almost ten) for the works of art and engineering you build and the high standard of merit you pursue. This jet is perhaps the "prettiest" I've seen you build thus far. I love to watch your passion at work! Thank you!
Totally agree! I wouldn't have the nerve to fly any of what Ramy has built. The C-5 he's been working on and flying with Tyler Perry, is nothing short of amazing I know the physical, and I do fly, but looking at the C-17 , I still ask myself "How does it fly
WHAT A GREAT COMMENT!!! I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!!! I WONDER WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO GET YOU TO BE AN RC HOBBYIST? WE ARE ALL ONE FAMILY --- CALL ON US AND LET'S GET YOU GOING MY FRIEND. If you reply here then I will contact you and make a few simple recommendations......you will be happy to try it --- if you are near us then we will welcome with open arms no matter what.
As someone who used to build and fly balsa RC kits, your videos fascinated me. Always a pleasure to watch the process and then watch them take flight. Awesome work.
Ramy, not only are your models beautiful but they fly to the scale of the actual airplanes. So many RC models, especially airliners fly like jet fighters.
Our country, Japan, was once an advanced in aviation. I'm very happy and grateful you made this awesome model of the HondaJet, which brought hope after a long period of stagnation.
I have been watching your videos for a long time, and the progress you have made from the beginning to this year, 2024, is incredible and remarkable. You have managed to make a huge impact not only on RC plane fans but also on the general RU-vid audience. Keep doing what you're doing; we know this is more than just a passion for you. ❤❤❤
Of all the builds you've done, i liked (so far) this one the most. It's the one that has most (if not all) of the progress you've made during the course of this journey. Techniques, tools, methodology. It does help that the Honda jet is really aesthetically pleasing too. ;)
I have to watch a lot of RU-vid content to find the best of the best. And this is the best of the best of the best. You are an absolute genius. A skilled craftsman. And someone that anyone would be honored to share a flying day with.
This is a happy man. He has the opportunity to do what he loves! And he does it wonderfully. It couldn’t be any other way! It is impossible to build such beauty if you do not love this work.
I follow your chanell already 4 years and your builds are fantastic.I am 67 and in model cl an rc over 50 years now but still am learning from you it superb what you build and achieve my favorite...all !! But 1 tips all off is your Globe master. So Ramsy ..Respect!! And keep them flying! Greets from a Belgian living in Portugal!!😊
It looks fantastically beautiful and enjoyed each step of the building process. It has been years since I have been watching your work, keeping up with your progress and your work. I hope you inspire many more people and youth generations to follow your journey 🙏
Just mind boggling, your talents. I’m so blown away. A fan for life. The attention to detail, is just impressive and impeccable. Have you ever thought about incorporating reverse thrust?
Your skills are just mind blowing. I have a hard enough time putting together an ARF and flying it. I really hope all these huge works of art you are making survive for many decades to come for people to be able to see and enjoy.
I've loved designing and building RC model aircraft for years but the quality and skill level of your aircraft is amazing. Makes me feel quite inadequate! Keep up the good work. Reckon the Honda jet is one of your best!
Ramy has taken RC to a whole new place. It's just amazing to see modern CAD design coupled with CAM printers, routers etc, to manufacture these airplanes with state of the art composites and electronics for the lightest, strongest and beautiful airframes possible. It's no wonder a famous person has now begun to "sponsor" him. I wish I could!
Flying these beautiful RC planes is one thing, but to actually build it with such precise detail is on another level. Thanks for sharing I enjoyed the entire video.
WOW ... What an awesome build ... Must be one of your best ... Beautiful workmanship ... Tyler going too be asking you for one in black & silver ... 👏🏽Great work Ramy
Dude...your skill set is just absolutely stunning. It actually brought tears to my eyes to watch this girl go from the ground up. I've only seen your work since the C-17. My brother was the Cargo Master on a C-5B Galaxy. I loved going out on the flight line and bothering my little brother...we ALWAYS butted heads. Lol
Even if the subject is not necessarily to my liking, I always love seeing your building process and appreciate the result. It looks like you could do it in your sleep at this point. I particularity love your super clean wiring routing and electronics mounting. Eager to see what subject you select for the next project (after calling the C-17 done).
Absolutely amazing. From design, to build, to flying. You sir are incredibly talented person, the ability to do this. WOW !!! It’s not that much smaller than the real one, LOL
Your work is perfection, Rami. I enjoy watching you blend engineering, technology and model building to come up with these fantastic planes. Keep doing what you do! Can you please do a model of the Diamond DA42-VI? It would be great to see a scale model built exactly as the original is.
I'm watching your your model-crafting-development since years. Now you have reached the final stage, you're simply perfect. Your advanced composite craft is awesome. Very close to FAAC-level. Rigid and lite, and beautyful compounds with honeycomb. I don't think that someone could do this even better. My cincere congrats, perfect work, perfect material, perfect finish, perfect flown. Looking forward to your next surprice. Good luck and continued success from a college from Austria. 👍
I have built quite a lot with composites and flew some rc airplanes. Your work is truely incredible. I can imagine how many hours of work this project was!
Really worthy to see it again, excellent editing, good filming of a very good crafter and good pilot of a good aircraft finally! It's almost little compared to the C17 but what an adventure it was, each creation we wait for the images of the maiden. Skies are beautiful 😍 Have a good flight
Ramy - Nice job brother. One tip - take your Brayer Roller to the belt sander. Angle the ends/edges and feed into the sander until they're rounded off to the profile you need. It really helps having a rounded brayer roller when smoothing your glass/fiber as you don't get those lines from the normal/straight brayers when working on compound internal surfaces.
Love this plane! Very sharp looking airframe. Glad you have posted the build for us. Keep them coming! Also this music track sounds like it's from the "real estate" episode of South Park. When Cartman becomes a realtor and makes his TV commercials. This is his background music. Love it!
I can only say GREAT GREAT SUBERP . If I see your video , I feel myself a dwarf. Even your floor was so clean when you made the body, the wings and do the cutting. That makes dust. Your wiring is so nice done. Great and thanks to distribute your knowledge.
