Yep, rich brat who tried to be gangster, ran into real life consequences from the law and then bailed out by mommy and daddy. Still lives at his parents. I will give Jake props for going sober, you annoying motherforker.
His G-ma was like the starter of the health and well spa industry, responsible for Golden Door and a tiny place called Rancho La Puerta. Costs about $5k per week for a person to stay there. He definitely didn't buy that house or decorate it, LOL. Anyway, good for him. Can't hate on him for being born into money. At least he's doing something and not just leeching off the family. Making a name for himself.
Yes yes ,you can do it ,with grace and Jesus Christ from God , he is right there for you, get grace based saved, God loves you , and so do It ,,,,I know you can get sober, thanks BigAl California,,, praise Jesus Christ grace amen 🙏
I really liked Zeke. I didn't know he was another LJ rich kid. They grow up causing trouble and acting a fool. But, because he comes from money, everything comes up roses. No respect for anyone that hasn't struggled to work hard and be a good person for others. These dudes, unfortunately only know self righteousness. What a bummer.
Dude this narrative is straight drainpipe sludge. There are glaring holes through this tale, which lets us paint a vastly different picture in the mind. That looks like some serious money where this dude came from. So, I will respect the idea that he actually had enough drive to take his hobbies to the highest level. But this story does not invoke inspiration. Glossing over the details to make it sound this way, is just straight up offensive. Leave us to fill in the blanks for you. It's clear, guy grew up in a world of privilege, likely supported by the wealth of his family. Growing up in a mansion in La Jolla, one of the most affluent communities, hardly constitutes a tough upbringing. He mentions his father passed away, which is undoubtedly tragic. This is something almost everyone can relate to, another part of life. The surfboards, the skate ramp, the expensive rehab facilities, the drop out college life- do not all point to the hard walk of life, well unless you manifest it yourself, right...undoubtedly tragic, but it seems this lame is was far from destitute. Oh wait, there is the embodied criminal history. Conveniently omitting key specifics of the crimes, oh wait?! Is that stuff too personal to share... From the dudes own words, it sounds like his run-ins with the law were probably way more serious. Feed the ego and forgive the guy, geez. I imagine a juvenile record peppered with incidents like clubbing another kid over a bag of weed and getting slapped on the wrist like he always did. Too bad a man was not there to give it to him the way he desires it. Don't worry you'll find a new one soon. When dide was tried as an adult, his privileged background must allow him to hire top-notch lawyers, that time served does not constitute "being made an example of". This conveniently short stint in county jail, despite multiple felonies, reeks of preferential treatment. The ego also portraying himself as a reformed character, now giving back to the community. I mean garnered fame through wave pools and social media stunts, mixed with that nonprofit life does not label your as some amazing gift. Substantial societal contributions come from real walks of life. Ultimately, This dude is just another La Jolla rich kid surfer with an inflated ego. He parades those "tough" life experiences, yet they pale in comparison to genuine hardship. His story is his own polished version of reality, filled with self-serving gaps and a reality of half-truths. Fill in the blanks. Respect? Hardly. He's a product of privilege, skating through life on wealth and connections, not genuine merit. While his surfing skills might be impressive, his character is as flat as lake pacific.
Entertaining thesis, 6 paragraphs dedicated to critiquing this chicks biography. Zeke seemed as honest as one might expect. I like the sobriety message as this rings true for me as well (I recommend sobriety). Could have used more clarity on the whole mansion thing, obviously not his place but kind represented that way.
Awesome, im totally a surfer at heart but have never surfed growing up on the east coast.. hopefully someday ill get to shred i think i could really condense time frames in one of those wave pools... amyway another awesome episode KinZ
body surfing is so easy, drift wood can do it . position your self in front of a wave , with you bottom higher than your shoulders, you will ride . the ocean will teach you the rest. always take a moment to respect the ocean before entering for best results.
His grandma is one of the richest people in La Jolla/San Diego. Pretty sure his mom still lives there in the house when not traveling abroad or in one of the other mansions in La Jolla. Dad is no longer alive. He definitely didn’t pay for that home from his own earnings.
