The 30000€ is what we call "fond de commerce" meaning the right to operate a business in that shop. Then u will pay your monthly rent. That is the law in France, every shop has what we call "fond de commerce ", it means the value of the shop. The More the shop is licated in a frequented area, the more the price is high. Dont say anything when u dont know.
