I Spent Over 100 Hours in Pokemon Black 2

I've been playing Pokémon games for almost half my life now. I've traveled through all the different regions, with some of my first playthroughs being seen on RU-vid. However, after some thinking, I decided to go back to my roots. Today I start my Pokémon Adventure from scratch. The first game I'm going to playthrough is the game that started it all for me: Pokémon Black 2. I don't have much of a plan, but I do have some goals set in place. Of course, I want to become Champion of Unova, but that's not all. First, I want to climb and complete the Black Tower. Then, I want to do something that I always wanted to do since I was little. I want to take on the strongest trainers in the world, competing in the Pokémon World Tournament until I can challenge and defeat Red. Finally, I want to see every Pokémon available in Unova, so I can unlock the Nature Preserve, and catch the Shiny Haxorus. This is my Pokemon Black 2 adventure.

I can’t ignore the fact the pidove and Dewott images were perfectly aligned with Roxie and her dad so it seemed like they were both fighting lol 6:40

really enjoyed this video! was nice to see your experience replaying the game at the end, i'm having the exact same experience. for the last year or so, i've also been going through the roughest patch of my life. and well, earlier this year i decided to pick pokemon back up as a whole, mainly BW and BW2, and honestly as much as it hasn't fully helped, it really has been helping. it brought back a love for the franchise that i started forgetting i even had. it's also one of the only things my brain is letting me be entertained by, so it's really helping me get by. when i was a kid, i didn't do any of the post game either. this time around i have completed all of the post game in both bw and bw2, beat the dex in black 1, finally claimed shiny kyurem after 6 years of starting a hunt, my love for grinding is starting to come back and overall just being able to play the game at a more knowledgeable level. really awesome video, you deserve more subs.

Comments like this honestly make me really happy, because I only made this video due to a rough patch in my life and wanting to relive some nostalgia. So to see that it's not only getting views, but making people want to pick up the game again, is just far exceeding every single expectation I had for the video

This is like my 3rd time watching the video, and it’s still so fun to watch. How’d you figure out Oshawotts IVs? All of the calculators are super inaccurate

Well, the "likes to run" characteristic means that at most Oshawott would have 31 Speed IVs. However, to be sure of the exact ones, I used PKHex. I allowed myself to use it to check IVs on Pokemon I used, specifically Simisage since I needed to make sure I got HP Rock in the end, but that was it's only purpose throughout this playthrough, and any future playthroughs other than ones on the Switch, as I'm fine with just looking at Pokemon Home's or the post game's Judge function for those
