I was a paramedic in a midsized city for a bit over 11 years,I worked for the EMS service for close to 14 years. The other time there, I worked as an EMT-B and an EMT-I. In those years, I couldn't tell you how many calls that I went out on where a child had gotten choked on a grape,it would be a toss-up between grapes and hot dogs idk which one would have been number 1 there was way to many of both of them. So I can see why the dude wanted the grapes cut a certain way. A young child's esophagus is shaped like a funnel. As we age, it slowly opens up and straightens out and becomes more of a hose or tube instead of a funnel, allowing us to swallow without getting choked so frequently.

She literally acknowledged the danger and then went out of her way to ignore it- and even brought the kids with her after she saw a centipede man the first time. 'i got the door propped in case I see the centipede creature again.' 💀 She didn't care if those kids got traumatized lol.
