Badhon, u were my school buddy. I have a msg for u. I’m watching this podcast and I’m only at 13.16! Hun, Don’t underestimate urself, it was always inside u, the spark, the magic, it was always there within u. Yes transition made it look nicer but u should give the credit urself too! Coz it’s due. The credit should be given where it’s due! I still can remember ur face when u suddenly gifted me a pink pencil box, years ago!! U were so pure, innocent and beautiful! Sending lots of love! Nisha

This was an amazing listen. Just want to give Badhon a big hug. Although Jon asked some good questions, I felt he lacked the sensitivity and maturity to carry this particular session.

Very intense candid conversation. Mental health issues are shoved under the rugs in our society. It's very rare when someone opens their heart and show their vulnerability. It took a lot of courage for Badhon to come out and talk about the struggle she has been going through with mental health. Only a real person who has a strong character can do such a thing. This is what we call breaking the glass ceiling. All the very best to Badhon.

absolutely loved this episode, it truly felt so raw and unfiltered. Takes alotta courage for a women to stand up for herself and to be so honest about her past, struggles and difficulties (especially with mental health). My respect for her has certainly grown after listening to this ep. Shout-out to her and my prayers for her.

What an amazing interview. I am an even bigger fan of hers now. Great conversation Jon, the things she touched upon, like chronic depression, mental health, emotional abuse etc, no one in our society, especially celebrities ever talk about these. It's very brave to open up,I have never seen a Bangladeshi celebrity to discuss such issues in details..Hope it doesn’t take extra toll on her mental health. I think It will be an future example of how to conduct a great episode of podcast in Bangladesh. Just a little note,plz sometimes don't interrupt in middle of a emotional story a person is telling,doesn’t matter the relevancy or the time it's taking. Thank you again for a great episode.

I'm so proud of you . And I know that I'm not the only one . You are so lucky and blessed to have a brother and 2 friends in support of you. , cause most of us women doesn't have the support . It's so hard to get through this kind of fight. I'm still crying . And I love you Badhon Apu and thanks Jon Vai , you don't know how you are helping us. You need to control how you react to what she says regarding her issues. For eg: WHAT?! KI?! TAI :o?! Need to be calm and attentive and hear what she says, and maybeeee provide an advise or suggestion.

This is just the sad truth of our society what a person specially women goes through. And how Family, friends, relatives, society emotionally abuse someone just to make them do something against their will. I am so proud and happy that she was able to get out of it and she didn’t let all these obstacles push her down. I hope and pray every women can be this much inspirational and grow up to be a stronger human being in their life. ❤️❤️❤️

If her family actually did what she says, it was reprehensible. Unfortunately this happens a lot more than we like to admit. I went to the same college as her, our teachers used to praise her a lot. I remember our Botany madam saying, বাঁধন ছিল আমাদের কলেজের ছাত্রীর মত ছাত্রী। That was probably the year after she got into Lux pageant. Anyway, best wishes for her.

ভিডিও এর time টা দেখে ভাবলাম এতোবড় ভিডিও কীভাবে দেখবো? কিন্তু ভিডিওটা যখন দেখতে শুরু করলাম,তখন গিয়ে দেখলাম কীভাবে যে ৫৬ মিনিট কেটে গেল, বুঝতেই পারলাম না। উল্টো মনে হল podcast টা আর একটু বড় হলে‌ ভালো হত।
