I’ve made a habit of getting started on Create to the point that I have a Backtank so I can mine underwater. As long as you keep an eye on your air, it’s legitimately the safest mining ever. And I’ve found a few good underwater caves with plenty of Redstone on my current save.

Travelers backpacks are a little more expensive, with a little less storage, but they are nice because they have liquid storage and there are different versions of the default backpack with nice buffs.

id rather choose the balloon so you could upgrade it to balloon with chests later on it is slower but sure helps a bunch when you traveling to gather resources

You should try out a fun little mod called "Dragon Survival", it's pretty cool. It lets you play Minecraft as an actual dragon, with flight and breath weapons and a growth cycle... Also, if you get big enough, you can let other players ride on your back (but only if they're either still a human, or a smaller dragon).

Change one more mod: Instead of using the gravestone mod use enigmatic graves. Because it will bug out sometimes and you will not find your items or they will spawn on top of the mountain you were under

Okay, yeah, that is why I stopped using terrain/biome mods. In the end, they are just really inconvenient. "I want to build here, but before I do, let's go clear off all the plants..." And some mods add items that can't even be broken by water. So you have to go around hunting down all of those sometimes-hard-to-see sticks/stones.

Do you happen to have a list of what all extra mods you added for this playthrough? Sophisticated backpacks is the only one I've heard explicitly named (Great choice btw, my fav backpack mod), but any others have just been handwaved/referenced simply as "building mods".
