Tim would you ever visit Land of legends in Turkey? It’s absolutely beautiful it’s a hotel/theme park/shopping centre all in one. Will be one of the best places you’ll ever visit
We'd actually call the Tenerife one a 'poor relation' when it comes to Hard Rock Resorts. If you go to the one's in Mexico or the Caribbean then they are FULLY All Inclusive. ALL drinks, ANY brand is free 24/7. Room service, free, 24/7, ALL restaurants FREE. Now they are the kinda HR's you need to visit. I'd personally recommend Riviera Maya in Mexico. Mainly as it has a full blown swimming pool inside the nightclub so you can for sure do your 'night swimming'
those cracks in the parking are not a joke and the slabs should be supported and fixed ASAP , that is some serious structural damage that can cause a disaster. Amazing video as always❤
As a scandinavian who enjoys a little sauna followed by an icebath or snowbath in the winter, Im impressed that they have a snowroom and now I really wanna try it out
Amazing accommodation, amazing resort, awful beach 😯😂 I’d be extremely concerned about the cracks in the car park. That looks like a catastrophe waiting to happen 😳
They look like construction joints to me, and mark where the edges sections of the slab were cast. Odd they weren’t sealed although there is likely to have been shrinkage between the sections which has opened up the joints m
My sister stayed here in May and absolutely loved it, so she’s booked to go back next May. In May she booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive and was given a room upgrade free. The staff were so nice friendly and very helpful. Facilities were amazing. You can lay on your sun bed and be served by a waiter any amount of cocktails or a bottle of Moët if you fancy. Word of advice though is reserve a table for dinner at one of the many restaurants well in advance. ❤
I got a Rock Royalty room at the one in Amsterdam for a few days and rather than a pillow menu, I was offered a guitar menu 😵 I chose a Fender Telecaster and got a fender amp to go with it. No extra charge, just a deposit which was refunded promptly when I checked out. Loved the hotel, service was 5*
I asked a staff member at the Hard Rock Cafe in Bali why the clothes etc. from the "rockstars" look so good, why they are in such a good condition. He told me that the most of the things from the artists aren't real, it's replicas. So he showed me the real ones. And you see the difference. Yes. It's kind of a scam 😅
I can't believe you've never used the fancy coffee machines in these hotels! Especially when you and Gabby always get coffee out and about like you're fellow coffeeholics!
My partner ‘s job is looking after and making sure some multi storey car parks are maintained and safe for the public. His expression said it all when he saw your video! The hotel was amazing though and you were great as usual Tim ❤
"...when you're doing your bits in the sink, you can check out the view as well"! This made me laugh on many levels!😄 Cheers Tim, great review as always!
Wow, absolutely beautiful hotel; it looks very well maintained (with the exception of the car park of doom! Scary!!) It would be interesting to see if other Hard Rock hotels maintain the standard; so yes, I would be interested in seeing more. Cheers from western Canada.
Was great to see this pop up today Tim! Me, my partner and my then 6 month old daughter stayed there in June and did the Rock Royalty experience. All the staff were amazing and looked after us so well, they couldn’t do enough for us. So much so we’re going back early next year 😆
Hi Tim I really love your videos and I actually feel I am there. Very informative. You give so much detail and your manner is really relaxing so I always watch to the end. Thank you.
I’ve got to ask - did the Nirvana tower smell of anything? “Teen spirit” for example? 😜 I’ve got to say; that’s one of the nicest rooms I think you’ve reviewed - really smart without being overly brash or bling. (I’m not a fan of the bathroom in the bedroom approach but otherwise it’s lovely!) One for the lottery win I think!
When I saw you hanging around Elvis Presley’s tracksuit, I half expected you in the next scene walking about in it saying: “So it turned out that glass was a lot more fragile than I thought it would be. And security was definitely nowhere near as fast!” 😂
Wow, that room looked so cool & the rooftop bar looked amazing, it’s one of those places you have to try once in your life if you get the chance! Another great video Tim! 👌👍👏😊
For those that don't know... Tenerife is one of the Canary Islands, just off the west coast of Africa (closest to Western Sahara). So, if you normally reside in that area of Africa or western Europe it's not too bad to get to. But, from the USA it's a haul! Looking at an azimuthal world map, it appears to be at a latitude similar to central Florida, New Orleans & Houston, TX (about 28 deg north of Equator).
For a little context, that device above the TV is called The Kinect and it’s a camera that tracks your body. This allows you to play games using your body instead of a controller so I’m betting that’s why there was 0 controllers
Hi Tim can you please let the viewers know when you visit the hotels if any of the pools are heated because this is a game changer for a lot of us.. Thanks.
Looks like a great hotel. That snow room what a great little extra 🥶. The hotel looks a bit overwhelming as I like more discreet places to stay. Thanks for the vlog 👍🏻
interesting to see but this wouldn’t be for me. I usually stay at small quieter hotels. Great for families though and glad no major stains anywhere although the pool let them down and the cracks !😊
Wow lovely Hotel Tim. Great to see around the whole hotel. Beach wasn’t much not surprising no one uses it. The snow room was crazy. The room was amazing as was the view. The car park was unbelievable and should have been shut. Thank You Tim
Hi Tim What a lovely hotel. Looks so relaxing, and for the price I thought it was very reasonable. I expected it to be a lot more. Thanks for the vlog Tim.
Hello Tim,this is a awesome place with a sort of museum it makes it more interesting to see.the pools are great.nice breakfast and that view is amazing.the car park would worry me though.
I live in the town just next to this hotel and I remember when these 2 towers were still appartments but when there was a financial crisis and these blocks went bankrupt hard rock bought them and turned the area in a hotel, it looks great and sparkly at night! They are also building a ton of new resorts in that area the last few years
Looks like the expansion joint filler is missing from between the concrete pours . . . usually a thick sprayed rubberized material to absorb building expansion and contraction.
Oh cool! That looks so amazing and such a lovely view. That car park with the crack ceilings and floors doesn't look that save. Makes you wonder how long they been like that.
Great vlog Tim, The foreshore In front of the old Lido/Hotel pool is public domain and not semi-private hence the steps coming down from pavements also used for divers as you don't get too many beach hogger's, If you want a sandy purpose built beach area the local council recently spent umpteen thousands on upgrading the beach the other side of Roca Mar shops , you walk out of the Hard Rock turn left and just past the bus stop cross the road and you'll see a walkway shops on the left and rubber trees on the right the beach is just down there and is also a public beach if you keep waking you'll end up in Callao unless you walk around the headland and you'll end up where you started, I can remember when they were rebuilding the shells of the Oasis and Floral into The Hard Rock franchise so the question is was these cracks in the car park there before or after the re-ferb, scary.
Tim, £650 per night with a beach like that? The hotel though was absolutely spot on! Really appreciate you showing us around, always great editing to perfection, You have mastered this well, You are actually the Yoda of travel vlogs 😂 If you're not a Star wars fan, you'll have no idea what I'm saying lol... Beyonce, Yes I also thought she was slightly bigger, of course in height? Shocked me 😱 lol Gorleston is still a better beach, & in years to come no doubt there will be a Hard rock hotel there, overlooking the sea mate. Great vlog Tim! Cheers 🍻
The beach doesn’t belong to the hotel it is the responsibility of Ayuntamiento de Adeje (Adeje Council) although if I managed the hotel I would tidy it up a bit if there was a direct gate to it.
Wow that hotel looked absolutely amazing ( except for cracks in the car park 😮) fantastic suite with stunning views & although not cheap i thought like you was a really good price considering everything that was included!! After seeing that plaster ( & other items) 🥺 floating in the pool it was a relief to see there was no yellow snow in the snow room 😏
It looked like you had club access and it always includes a drinks/cocktail hour around 6.00pm in the Club lounge. The drinks and nibbles are fantastic.
funnily enough that xbox is the original model of the one console, which was xbox's last generation and received 2 upgrade versions before moving onto their next generation model. Last hotel I stayed at that provided a games console expected you to rent the controller from reception, so I could only imagine that HRH would be similar, surprised that wasnt on your answered sheet
What a lovely place must be expensive you don't really need to go out of the hotel I like this place you don't need to think about getting lost out of the hotel and the hotel is fantastic thank you
I really find it weird that hotels play around with bathroom privacy. I was once meant to share a twin room with a stranger (fortunately I ended up on my own) and the shower was just separated from the sleeping area by a glass door, opposite a mirror. So at whatever point we were in the room, we would have been able to see each other showering. So bloody weird to do that in a twin room, not even a double.
That makes me crazy! Why do so many luxury hotels and new homes have that? I don’t even want to take a bath or brush my teeth with my partner watching, let alone not be able to do it if they’re asleep.
Looks good Tim, but I think that car park is going to be on the news one day, shocking. Fun fact, on a clear day, you can see the Knightstriders swede in ‘Los Chris’ from that balcony bar 😂😂😂😂
Hello Tim 😊Wow lovely room and hotel. I felt a bit dizzy watching you out on the balcony 😅 The price was good for all you got 😊 I thought it would have been more. Thanks Tim 😊
That car park is very concerning I would of asked them why it is like that just to see what they say about it 🤔 but everything else was spot on it looks amazing 😍
Lovely hotel this Hard Rock hotelwith wonderful views The cracks in the carpark don't look to good though I hope this will be looked into Thank-you Tim seeing all this warm sunshine is just the thing on a cold November day in UK
No way! When you said you was coming to Tenerife I wondered (hoped) that you would visit the Hard Rock Hotel! I was in the same area at the same time as as you myself! The hotel you see from your view from the balcony was where I was (Hotel Riu Buenavista) I was eagerly dragging my partner around the town, past the Hard Rock Hotel hoping I may of bumped into you! Gutted that I didn't! We could see the amazing lights of the hotel from our balcony and wondered what it would be like inside each time we walked past, thanks to you, we now all know! Keep up the great videos!
