Crappy old things to drive - ironically now you actually have a house in the country, probably the best time to have it.....keep it at the house on a trickle charger. The narrowness of the defender is far better suited to narrow country lanes than a Range Rover. They are a worry though with their ease of theft.

Ha Ha Ha - That real-life experience I had with a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (lifted, bigger tires, light bar). I had it as a company car and after the first hype, I was done with it quickly. Took me less than 5 days to change it back to a normal car. - Entertaining Video!

Love Defenders. Shame to see yours go. You had raised your voice quite a bit and it seemed noisier than my Urban 110 for some reason. When you've spent more time in the country you might regret letting it go. Completely understand why it doesn't make financial sense in town though and having the RR.

Its surprising how many people unknowingly have incorrect plates. Car owners in the UK can still legally display a black and silver number plate as long as their car was registered before the 1st of January 1975.

You do know that you can also use the inside lane to drive on a motorway 🤷🏻‍♂️

When I worked at Overfinch, we did air suspension on a Land Rover back in the 2000s. Really transforms vehicle. We also did an active ride version, So when you went into a roundabout the vehicle would actually leave in like a motorbike. Good times.
