Alpharad and his Alpharad levels were looked at by LilKirbs and he found some shortcuts to get the world record speedrun time. Thanks Alpharad for making great speedrun levels.
Or maybe he does sleep well knowing that there is always someone who will look over his latest masterpiece in detail and then basically improve on it. Knowing that there is always people who will appreciate it to the fullest.
I feel like those levels are objectively bad if played blind but they are probably made by other content creators and show how to beat it so that it isn’t a puzzle on how to beat it.
@@chengbryan2435 It has little to nothing to do with reaction time. The only time you would have to react to something is on your first time playing the level, and with levels like these, literally nobody is expected to beat it on their first try. It's more about practice, precision, and muscle memory.
At this point, I can’t tell whether these runs are impressive or the endurance and importance of this particular wall that you use to symbolize every victory
I still can't believe you finished that last level first try blind, with a blindfold on, while eating a bean burrito, on top of a taco truck, with mcdonalds wifi, with your controller upside down, on mars, with elon musk, and in one single breath.
I watched the first part and was like "ah, ok, I get how that was done, really neat..." and then the next level I was like "a TAS bot just lost its job..." well done
Even if, theoretically, Alpharad were to make a level that truly had no shortcuts.... Kirb would just make his own shortcut and still get the world record.
That second level reminded me of one of the first times I watched LilKirbs. I am stunned. Actually, I am a bit in awe. Like that second level looked crazy hard.
And now I'm just watching Lilkirbs videos at 0.25 speed just to understand everything that is going on and how the super ball hitting the ON/OFF switch was actually frame perfect in that level, since even the slow down LilKirbs put in isn't enough
"Whenever i beat a hard level, i like to put something up on my wall that symbolizes my achievement" would have been the perfect Displate sponsor ad segway. I was fully expecting that's what he was setting up for. Instead it was something much better😂 lmao
I accidentally clicked this recommendation & found it interesting as it reminds me of those days about 25+ years ago, when children used to play the earlier version & now grandchildren are trying those oldies! I'll share this with all of them. (21h16)
This is so precisely executed, I would not have believed a human did it. There is high level of control and timing and then there is this. I don’t even think a machine could do better.
