I’ve never had luck with the Sultane tip. I’ve tried a few times now with different consistencies but didn’t turn out😢 Yours turned out absolutely amazing! What a great idea to hold in the filling. Thanks for all you do!

I don't get how there's ham next to macarons and strawberries but ok haha ;) And 100% agree, there's rarely ONE right way to do things, it can happen but usually not. Most often there are most preferred ways of doing X or most recognised as being the most efficient way to do Y (and then there are outright claims that are just being passed down from one person to the other but there's actually no reason for it to be this way other than "we've always done it like this") but that doesn't mean someone can't have another way of doing something that works just great for them. No flexibility is, in my opinion, the right way to go wrong. Especially teaching, it's always about finding out how to explain the same thing to different people with different learning abilities. Being able to adapt to students is key to being a good teacher and I'm so happy you also learnt this along the way ❤
