Part of the effectiveness of the silence-interrupted-by-sound videos is that you'll get more tense the longer the silence goes on, while you're waiting for the sound to come. RT decided to forgo this and instead opt for an armed robbery by a penguin riding a delivery bike with a crowbar

The true narrative experience is all the sounds lining up one after the other. The duck crashing it’s car due to a screaming goat on the freeway, and Mark breaking into Dan’s house, knocking over a metal pipe in the process just to ask him if it was the Bite of 87’, all accentuated by the vine boom. I love schizophrenia streams. Just the constant flow of random sounds that prevent someone from being able to properly process a previous sound is incredible, and I just love the chaos.
