This is my current situation. I'm at square one, living in a rented place with my children. I have a deep longing to start an Airbnb business, but it feels so far away. I couldn't help but cry when I saw your mum hug you; it reminded me of everything I yearn for. My dream is to own a house too, and I know I'll break down in tears the moment I finally stand in my new home Insha'Allah, holding the keys that symbolize everything I've struggled for.😢😢😢

9:58 As a Londoner this is insane to me 😅😅😅 £1500 a month will barely get you a one bed flat here 😅 The rent for a house like this in my area is about £5k a month and in cheaper areas about £3k a month. In London it makes a lot more sense to buy 😅

This was such a lovely video I admire how u mentioned in one of the comments because of Islam u want to stay out of interest honestly not many people understand how important it is to never sacrifice the Akhirah for this dunya. I’m a 80’s kid I grew up in a household where the boys were treated like kings and the girls were treated like a burden. If I had the love and support from a young age from parents I honestly would have had the courage to take risks and try to do something with my life I never felt that I was good in enough. I had a decent upbringing but it was a typical Asian culture stuff. In’Sha’Allah if Allah ever blesses me with offspring’s I would for sure encourage, love and give support to my offspring’s give them confidence to grow.

Uzma my dear your sister i admire you and your friend but youve made a mistake here. You need mentoring as your young. You should sell the car and put a deposit down for a house and rent it out for a year. This way at least you have a solid asset and in the future a home of your own. After a year if you do decide to move Dubai your mortgage is being paid for by the tenants..... as its mad you are paying £1500 rent Also then save up and buy the council house from the council at a discounted price and rent it out straight away. then after the 2 year clause is over sell that house and youll have a lump sum to do more business

I'm sure you mean well however this is the old school way of doing things in life. We have a different approach to wealth building and investment strategies: 1. As Muslims, we adhere to the principles of avoiding interest-based transactions, which is why we went for the rent to rent (Airbnb arbitrage) business model when starting out instead of mortgages. 2. We've researched and explained in our video why traditional buy to let properties don't align with our business goals. Buy to lets aren’t what they were 20 years ago. Our serviced accommodation properties generate 3X more higher profits compared to the horrible returns of buy to lets. 3. Purchasing council houses is not the most lucrative option due to factors such as regulations, limitations on rental income, and market fluctuations. Plus I don’t want my mum to living there anymore. She’s been through enough! 😅 4. Despite our age, we've invested heavily on education, learning from experts generating millions a month in the industry. We know exactly what we’re doing 🙌🏼 We've chosen this path that aligns best with our values and long-term goals. But we appreciate you looking out for us 🙏🏻

And yes I agree but to let’s are not the way forward hence I didn’t mention that. I just said you do need a home/a foundation for yourselves that you actually own be it even a flat. One word of advice stay away from interest. It’s hard I made my first million in property pretty much without the bank borrowing. Never compromise your deen. Well done 👌🏽☝🏼🇵🇸🇧🇩

How did you make your first million without interest? You should start your own RU-vid channel! Even if you think it’s not really you, think about all the Muslims you’d be able to benefit. The entire system is built around riba and you would help Muslims plan a way out.

I simply put my trust in Allah.. I from a young age grow up around families using Interest saw how it destroyed my family life from within. Made it my mission to stay away from it. Secret: 1. Have full trust in Allah 2. Work hard extremely hard but within the framework that you offer your fixed time for worship.. you will see Allah open up doors of opportunity that you will never believe possible. 3. Don’t comprise on your ethics towards providing a service.. always deliver no what you say and what your selling in full measure. I run a property business in the most richest part of London my word is the contract. 4. Control your finances to the t, spend invest when you really need to on business activities wasting money is foolish especially when you can’t run to the bank for an advance! Have patience to make the next move.. 5. Pay your zakat true me it helps you will see the growth in business Insh Allah. 6. Treat your staff m& business associates like you would like to be treated talk about life and things other then business. The above as made me have freedom of movement travelling, umrah, spending months away and provide me to offer my family a conformable life. It was and is not still easy 15 years battling sometimes missing out on deals knowing I can make a quick 100k but no large finance option without the evils of riba. Anyway my story is still being lived and May Allah make your story easier then mine. ☝🏼🇧🇩🇵🇸

This made me cry. I‘m 24 and finished collage and started my first job. Unfortantley this is something I could ever dream off doing for my Baba. It it a deep rooted wish, because he means everything to me. So I‘m happy for you, I‘m far away from being able to do this.
