Awesome idea! I would think It's a bit easier to have a two strip wide world so you can actually walk past certain stuff, and build more interesting structures, if you ever play this again that would be cool, maybe even with a third person side view for you to have more perspective like a side scroller
In order to get treasure items from fishing, you need a body of water that's at least 5x5x2, preferably larger so your bobber doesn't have to be in the exact center. So if you didn't have that mod that adds crates, you NEVER would have been able to get enchanted books by fishing.
Just so you know, you can't catch treasure loot (like enchanting books) from small bodies of water anymore. You need at least a 5x5 area that's 2 blocks deep. This was done by Mojang awhile back to try and combat afk fishing.
Paused on day 6 just to say this: If you plant crops like this: Wheat-Potato-Carrot-Wheat...and so on they actually grow a lot faster so less waiting and down time. Try it. I play a lot of maps like you do and it helps a lot in the beginning.
Honestly I am surprised you didn’t try to find a fortress and get a blaze rod for a brewing stand and make a weakness potion. Technically you didn’t have to cheat and I think you could have done it within 12 days.

did he ever find out that you need a 5 by 5 area to fish for treasure normally ? Like, were it not for his mod he'd never have fished his book anyway ?
Okay sooooo great vid but i have a couple tips, 1st u noticed 2 block high pillar didnt rly work when killing the zombiefied piglins, but maybe try using a slab so its 2.5 blocks tall. 2nd when ur fishing and looking for books or other treasure items u want to fish in deep water, but maybe it doesnt matter cuz of the mod and also the barriers. Another fishing thing, if u have blocks above from where ur fishing its slower, but maybe it doesnt matter cuz of the mod. I think i was gonna say something more but i forgot so bye
In the nether you can use nether wart block in the crimson forest biome to make bone meal by putting it in a composter and you can use weeping vines, crimson roots,and crimson fungus to.

Small tip… trapdoors,doors, etc. can be waterlogged so you could have put the trapdoors on the top half when making the farm 52:35. Not forcing anything tho 😅

I can't believe you don't understand the greatness of slabs. Slabs lets you go up and down without jumping which lets you use less food. You wouldn't have had trouble at the start if you used some slabs to get around instead of jumping everywhere.

The one thing that ruins your hunger early game is jumping. Stairs can reduce that a lot. You'll still have to jump for the trapdoor gates, but at least not for every block.
I prefer 50hours series for the fact sleeping doesn't make me lose content. 100 days for the amount of quantity of content. Thank you for the entertainment
You can't make boats with any type of nether wood. I think it's cause it doesn't burn which means you would realistically be able to use it on lava just as a regular boat would operate on water, which would make the strider useless. So they probably removed the option to make boats with that wood for that reason. It's just a guess though.
imagine if they used this concept of a straight line map to recreate terraria in minecraft with a similar size map to terraria having different terraria biomes in a mod. that would be so cool and having a first person mode for it and then terrarias normal camera mode. and imagine fighting the bosses in first person minecraft like that and having similar terraria weapons that would be epic and better than the current terraria mod/terraria influenced modpacks.
