Thats actually entirely false, yes it is a gas giant but the gasses are so extremely compressed that at the center the gasses would be much closer to an entire solid rather than a gas youd fall through.

that'd be almost impossible with a helium. the way the i could be possible is if they're in an airplane and the plane is going down at a certain speed. that's where the weightlessness would be possible inside our planet AND there's a company that does that so some people can experience 0 gravity without even touching the outer space
