You have to hold it side ways and at that distance you are suppose to hold it from the tip of the knife and then throw it over hand, rather then throwing it from the handle. Also, always release the knife at the same point for consistency, and release it right before your arm fully extends out. i am actually proficient with all weaponry, been using and collecting weapons since i was 12, also make weapon videos on my channel.
