I just had ACL reconstructions surgery after have an ~80 tear 2 years ago. It occurred from a contact hyperextension during a training session. I had no idea it was partially torn over those two years. After my surgery my pain symptoms have mostly subsided. I'm already jogging and have started to get touches on the ball again just 2.5 months after surgery. The human body is crazy for real.
