This would be my diet for the day Breakfast - granola, strawberries, yogurt , drizzled with honey and water Lunch - 1 slice of cheese on toast with apple or banana and water Dinner - veggie burger (as I’m vegetarian) roast potatoes, peas, sweet corn and gravy also with water Dessert - a chocolate bar (e.g : twirl, flake) Later in the evening like 8-9pm - hot chocolate with marshmallows in Would you eat my diet for the day?
