Thank you!!!!!...I tell people and they think I’m dirty or that I’ll stink. I started back using soap and its super drying on my skin. Soap actually throws my whole body pH off.
@@kaylavergona6060 you would not be stink if you don't using soap it's natural if you train yourself a proper hygiene you take a bath scrab your underarm all private that part of your body that could be stink wash water three times daily if you first take a bath without using soap sorry my english is not good but i know you understand me...there's a process not to be stink do not eat junkfood and do not drink softdrink alcohol i tell you your skin will be glowing..don't use soap it can harm your skin.
I have had Tinea Versicolor for many many years. Most of my life. I was given so many types of soaps and lotions by doctors...nothing worked. I even took anti fungal pills! Not using soap has helped it go away, has helped me heal. I feel much more one with my skin. Your skin looks great! I don’t use lotion or oils either. Only on occasion. Mostly just leave it to water is where I’m going these days. Make up, seldom and very little. Yes so good for you and the environment. You are lovely. Thank you!
I still use soap, but use pine tar soap or tea tree oil soap and don’t coat my entire body with it daily. I exfoliate about once week and sometimes use a salt scrub.
I stopped using shower gels, soap etc. and my skin all of a sudden became the smoothest it’s ever been. like silky smooth. I stopped using toothpaste too, and I brush with water only and sometimes use Listerine. And guess what? My morning breath has become a lot more bearable 😂
@nicoloco9974 Human beings aren't naturally supposed to eat meat, we can only eat it when it's been cooked. No other food requires this, and true omnivores can eat meat raw. Every other primate is a herbivore and pretty much no one in wealthy nations (vegetarians/vegans included) is protein deficient, we actually get more than enough. Keep relying on popular wisdom though bro.
UnaveganainTicino what do you think people ate before they learned to make fire? Raw meat. The body gets ill, because we don’t eat raw meat anymore. Their bodies could handle it, but we’ve been cooking meat for a long time now. Our body isn’t use to the bacteria that meat has because it’s killed when it’s cooked. You can find articles from anthropology on google about this.
@@wj2429 Lol theres no reason to explain it's already been proven that Vegan isn't how we should be living our entire lives, we need meet. Do more research you'll find your answer haha
Hi Yu Hsuan! Just wondering, how long does it take for you to shower including washing your hair? Do you just use your hands to scrub to get clean? And do you shower with absolutely no soap and just water only?
Hello! It takes around 15-20 mins, and yes I do use hand to scrub the “dirty” skin off. And yes, I only shower with only water, but I still use shampoo for my hair 1 time per 2-3 days.
I have had a conclusion that everyone’s skin type is different, so it’s the best to find your skin care routine, as for me, I don’t use scrubber, and my body doesn’t produce too much oil 😅
You change the oil with friction, like using a cleansing oil, but you will be using the oils of your skin, when you get wet, the skin produce more oil, and you mix in the body, and scrub all your body with your hands, until you feel really clean, head to toe. The oil will clean you .
Idk bro. I don't use shampoo and any soap but my armpit, groin area, and even my butt doesn't smell at all. No joke. But ofcourse I use soap after a dump, and washing my hands.
I meannn its ok of you put only water on But like you still have to put on deodorant so you won't be musty i mean atleast you do something instead of nothing ya know.
You are absolutely wrong Soap and Hot water is good in personal hygiene. The Effect Soap has on the human body: Water alone can wash away dirt from your skin by sheer force, but because water doesn't mix with oil, it is ineffective in removing oily buildup. In order to get rid of excess oils from your skin, soaps have to have bonding power. True soap is made up of fatty acids, which contain a chain of connected hydrogen, carbon and oxygen atoms. One end of this chain is lipophilic - it is attracted to oils. The other end of the chain is hydrophilic, or attracted to water. When you lather up, the lipophilic ends of the molecules pick up the grease and oils on your skin. When you rinse, the hydrophilic ends of the molecules follow the water, letting you rinse the soap molecules -- and their attached impurities -- away. Soap is a Bipolar cleaning product that is Lipophilic and Hydrophilic. Lipophilic: is attracted oils and fats, that's why when you wash or lather up, it literally picks up the dirt/oil off of your skin, Water alone doesn't do that. Hydrophilic: is attracted to water, this is what enables you to rinse off the lather that's combined with the oil, dirt and other impurities from the skin, again water alone doesn't do that.
Your skin has good and bad bacteria and like the rest of your body needs balance. Soap can kill good bacteria. The production of oil on ur skin is lessened when it doesn’t have to make up for it after soap. Less overproduction of oil, less for bacteria to feed on. Most acne causing bacteria is managed well with good bacteria already on the skin. The healthy skin oil along with Rubbing skin under water is enough to loosen and wash dirt away. The barrier of sebum also repels most bacteria from entering the body through the skin. This is partly why in the winter ppl ppl can get sick simply through dry skin. Same reason why ppl with eczema and dry skin conditions suffer from infections on skin and internally. That oil you scrub away is apart of your body’s protection.
It really depends on the soap. To keep it simple and short: Most soaps/shampoo strip away natural oils. Plenty of studies (and dermatologist) have proven this, and that washing with just water is healthier for your skin and hair. Your body has natural ways of protecting your skin and hair. Just scrub your hair and body with just your hands to get off dirt. That’s it. If you aren’t comfortable without soap of any kind, the next best thing is to use natural bar soap. I’ve heard people use baking soda or apple cider vinegar as well.
@@jdm2626 Why can't you just bathe with Soap and Water? How can scrubbing your hair and body with just your hands in itself remove dirt? That is so Stupid, Sounds like you just can't accept that soap and water will remove dirt from the skin.
