It’s not a price rating btw. It’s a signing rating. That means if a signing fulfills a board objective u are likely to get a higher rating.

For people who play career modes in FIFA, I want to tell you something. For every season in a career mode especially in England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, do remember to check the domestic league, domestic cup and UEFA competitions. If you know the rules of how teams get European places, you won't complain too much. Note: FIFA doesn't have all the clubs in the world as we always know.
