Awesome bowling! Also congrats to Brittany on getting 2nd today at Earl Anthony Classic today! Hope we get to see a vlog for all the bowling this weekend.
You both are both excellent, excellent bowlers. For a cranker and power dude, you set the ball down so smoothly, Forrest. And, Brittany? Great form, and so much power on every shot. You guys just roll the ever lovin s**t out of the ball. Highly entertaining and skillful bowling, along with fun vocal content. Love you gusy...
Forrest, it is so impressive to watch you loft your ball all the way to the arrows and still hit your marks and make strikes .. oh man, that has to be so hard to do but you make it look easy!
@@ForrestKritzer I'm assuming you choose to loft when your ball is hooking too early on the front part of the lane and you can't get it far enough down the lane? Or is it just something different to try when nothing else is working? Or a bit of both? I don't tend to loft but I've wondered about it when I have trouble getting my ball through the front part of the lane. Usually switching to my pearl fixes it. Some guys on tour loft but usually I see it when they have to move so far left that it's required to go over the gutter.
Brittany You’re cool and awesome that needs to be said. I love your videos. Brittany you deserve 300 in every game. 😁 Massive thumbs up to awesome video
Brittany totally kicked your ass that last game I think you moved way to far left and that big loft you had going on wow you can't stay accurate like that
Britney bowled really good in that third game when she switched to the gem but you on the other hand played way to deep.. I think you should have made a ball change and stayed more right
They likely wouldn't have stripped the lanes of the previous oil to save time, which would have made the scoring pace even WORSE than what you saw here.
Always happy to see a new upload from you guys. Not a bad showing from both of you! GL in your next tournament and as always looking forward to the next posting!
:40 Forrest: We're bowling on the triple burn Britt: **pounds a Truly while staring into the camera** Yeah. I'd be drinking if I bowled on triple burn too.
Love that you guys bowl together. Dont see many husband/ wife teams that bowl like yall do. I'm sure you help each other too. Just wondering. Has anybody out there ever heard very vulgar language on league nights? It is so bad. Want to speak to management but don't want to be a nuisance. No respect for the women at all. People's families are there as well. Their kids hear everything said. VERY LOUD too. Any suggestions, other than walking out. I've always enjoyed bowling 🎳 but the language is out of hand. I'm in small town and nearest lanes are long way off. ???
I always carey a Urethane ball for my spares and so I have another strike ball option when the lanes are super dry … that being said I still suck even when armed with the proper equipment.
I saw therego C. He is awesome but anyways great bowling from you both. Your wife bowls more like me and simple lol. Great video just got third in a tournament so love seeing others bowl.
Last game was launching the ball 1/3 the way down , you looked off! I just bought my girlfriend her first ever bowling ball and she did great today with it. We signed up for a summer ball league at Steve Cook’s Fireside Lanes in Citrus Heights!
How awesome is it to able to play a tournament like that with your wife? .. and bowl so awesome! .. you guys are so fantastic! .. thanks for another great video!! ❤
I know you didn't finish they way you wanted to Forrest, but you still bowled great considering you had to go to lofting the ball. Not always easy to carry that way. It agree, they had to have been quite dry with Brittany going over the middle arrow. One more thing, I found it funny that once you had no shot at a 300 that thought people would stop watching. Trust me, there is another great reason to watch.
I just don’t understand why you didn’t switch balls that 3rd game. Your wife did and had good results. The lofting is not your style. Just curious why you stayed with that ball.
I think he should have went to something without polish but less aggressive, moved further left, and lofted further cuz it was jumping on him real bad.
Thank for sharing, lots of fun. I wasn't a fan of you lofting on that last game, it seemed to make the ball read the lane too late or too early and not go through the pins well. I am surprised you did not play straighter with a more up the back release and stay in the track area further right like a lot of the other players that were doing well did.
If he did that, he would have been about 30 pins worse. Forrest has roughly 400 RPMs and this was 3x burn. Even if he was throwing a rubber ball it would have moved as soon as he put it on the lane. To me, he needed something with surface, an even farther loft, and even more ball speed. If I were him I would have done one of two things: What you were suggesting and shove it right with a VERY weak thane ball, or get a very weak solid symmetrical ball (or even an asym with a good amount of lane shine) and lofted it to the markers. Either way, polish was not the right move (again, unless it's lane shine on an aggressive asym). Everyone thinks that polish is the answer on burn but it isn't. Loft and ball speed is. ESEPCIALLY if you have a lot of RPMs. The other bowlers you mentioned had a lot of spin and mediocre RPMs (mid 300s or so, looked like to me). They were able to stay in the track as you say it (I call it "riding" the track, where you play 15 at the arrows and 5 at the break) because the spin gave em hold. BUT it also got em in trouble. Take a look at what Britt was doing. She only has about 50 or so RPMs more than you and where was she? 22 at the arrows and 8 at the markers. What was she throwing? A Gem. Solid asym, looked to be taken down to at most 1000. And she was burying the pocket. With a ball that ONLY moves on oil. But best believe she was throwing laser beam bullets with that ball. Forrest has twice as many RPMs. His move is left regardless. But he needed to ball UP.
@@SirJoelsuf1 The bowlers of the 80's bowled on far, far less oil than this burn and they played from the outside piping the ball up the lane and getting it to hook/stop and freeze on the pocket with their pancake urethane balls.
Great bowling to both of you! Congratulations again Brittany for your 2nd plc win! I wanted to know how do you guys manage the convo in your head when going for a 300 game? What do you focus on after the 1st and the 10th strike? Thanks!
Sorry it took a minute but i promised id make you one and if you want it just mesage me on the app and i can run you through all of it and add or remove anything you want. its a super easy way to connect for your peeps, its free, doesnt cost a thing and i could help moderate it for you as well. just a way for me to give back to my favorite bowling creator. p.s this is mostly aq template of a discord. completely up for revisal.
I think he needed something less aggressive and a further loft. If I had Forrest's RPMs (from my eyes, 370-420ish) I'd be in a Hammer Raw or something really weak like that, lofting it out to the markers and staying super aggressive. Lofting OUT, tho. Not HIGH. There's a difference. I have a little less RPMs than Britt (175ish, Britt looks to be at about 200 even) but WAY more ball speed. I would have been throwing laser beam bullets up the 2nd arrow with my Black Widow 2.0, also lofting to the markers and shoving it right. ESPECIALLY if the gutter hooked, which is rare nowadays even on super short patterns. Unless there was carry down there, which I didn't see too much of.
@9:37 that spare made that way will 99% be unlikely made with string pins. Goodbye messengers. Nice video though. Thanks for sharing and great to see you having fun with your #1 :D.
