I mean, the reason the rotisserie thing didn't work is you guys didn't use butcher's twine to truss the chicken (tie the legs and wings down). 11:04 I’ve seen this product used before and I already have some thoughts/concerns because sadly, I’m pretty sure this isn’t going to work out. 1. I’m not sure Nick put enough ice into the ice side. It’s possible he did and we just didn’t get to see ALL the ice he put in. It needs to be PACKED full of ice and really needed ice cream salt or rock salt, and more than what Ryan put in (although he did put a decent amount in). 2. Every time I’ve seen someone try this with “mix-ins” or “add-ins” such as candy- it fails. This ice cream maker ball doesn’t typically have the ability to create a very firm ice cream, for a number of reasons. So it’s best to make a simple flavored base using a small amount of extract, and then once the ice cream is churned to yogurt consistency, scoop it out of the ball, mix in your chunky bits, and then freeze for several hours.

You are supposed to bind/truss the raw chicken with twine to keep it snug and away from the heating elements etc. The twine will keep until the bird cooks. Use a skewer to pluck up a pickle.

The Macon bacon one of my favorite things for over 20 years. I usually fit half a pound on each of the trees so a whole pound per cooking and I always make it crispy. Do note it usually needs to be wrapped with paper towel to prevent oily messes and be careful there will be lots of oil in the tray
