Shame to hear about your views tanking. I don't know another channel that goes into as much extensive real life testing as this. I do agree I prefer the longer format where we can see how each device//protector performs. Maybe even a new format altogether could work where this little 3 minute part can go at the end of the video and people can skip to the 'top picks revealed' as a timestamp, and the rest of the video could detail the testing process with all the screen protectors at one time. That way we can also draw on our own conclusions such as, 'oh screen protector X did well in the drop test'. Either way keep doing what you're doing we love the content and the effort you go into to make sure the tests are unbiased and extremely thorough always amazes me.
So here's my conundrum. My views have been absolutely in the trash can lately. This video from previous years will have started around 30k after 24 hours. It's less than 5. I've been told my videos were too long hence the shorter ones. You guys prefer the longer ones?
@@MobileReviewsEh your views were 6x higher before because you were breaking expensive iphones with force meters to tell us how tough they were. And all the other major phone youtube players either have leaks from the factory or are throwing phones off of 50 ft buildings and 50 ft deep water drops. What is your #1 most popular video with 2.9 million views?
Include the sheet like 2 years ago at the end! Keep the video short but put some footage with the pressure/force device displaying measurements for the top 5.
I went for the Flolab matte screen protector because of how highly you ranked the nanoarmour and I really like it. Seeing my face reflected in my phone when the screen turns darker while watching stuff is an odd pet peeve for me. Great reviews as always!
@@ILruffianHave you tried getting any replaced from them? Apparently if they get worn or damaged you can get a new one and just have to pay $9 in shipping.
I’ve been using Flolabs screen protectors because of your reviews about them a few years ago, glad to see they still hold #1 on your list! Might have to try the ESR since when my flolab screen gets cracked it’s always the edges.
Hey MobileReviewsEh! M.E. here - thank you for taking a scientific approach to testing. Hats off to your video editor as well for valuing my time. I already purchased one screen protector through your link and I likely will again.
Shout out Monty for being the handsomest boy on all of youtube! Great video thank you for al the efforts you put in i always learn a lot from you videos! Much love from a fellow Canadian!
Thank you for going through the gamut of testing you did. I look forward to your videos and honesty and always am amazed how extensive you and your partner go in the reviews! Monty nice tie!
Thankyou for this! Would there be a chance that you could please do a review on "lens protectors" & if they're worth it? If they interfere with cameras/camera flash, etc. I'm upgrading from my iPhone XR to the 15 Pro Max & have been curious about them since I want to look after my iPhone but haven't really found any reviews. Don't want to waste my money on something that might not offer extra protection and/or ruin my photos. Thankyou in advance!
I really like the methodology, and your video but it would be amazing if you can share the data after you've put so much effort and money into testing everything. Some screen protectors in the top of the list may be hard to buy outside North America, or the price may be completely different. As an example, where I am the Otterbox Alpha Glass is cheaper than every other one in the Top 10 other than the ESR (actually, it works out cheaper if you only want one piece of glass). While some of the other protectors in the Top 5, are significantly more expensive than shown in the video (or unavailable without importing which adds to the cost).
how come no sensitivity test? maybe the thickest screen protector would be the strongest, but at what cost? how much control do you lose to screen protectors. I wouldnt know how to test that.. but I would take an opinion over no test at all
Hi amazing reviews..just ordered the NanoArmour thanks for the help👍 What about Back Glass screen protectors which one are you recommending? Hard to find those..
Hi, thanks for a great video. I went ahead and ordered the ESR armourite from your Amazon link. Amazon now scares me, always used to be a bit of a safe haven but now there’s so many fakes and replica items on there. My armourite arrived but doesn’t quite match the one in the video 😅
Amazon has never been safe. They are know for their fakes. I hate seeing good products downgraded because the person who bought the products don’t realize it’s fake
Thank you for doing this video, I always like to do research before getting an item, and guys like you are amazing. Personally went for Flolab for my s23 ultra
I like spidgen idk if you ever tested it but that shit is tough I dropped my phone screen first from 10 feet 14 pro max black and it didn’t even crack!!!!
I like your reviews because you did them the way you thought is best, thorough✅, qualitativ✅, insight full✅, scientifficaly✅ and imparcial objective✅.👌 💯%
I'm watching this video because I put an 'Aokuma tempered glass' protector on my One Plus 12. It is/was completely USELESS!! It's not glass, feels horrible and broke on a soft drop onto wooden flooring the first time! Do not buy this product
I tried At&T’s screen protector with free replacement. Never again!!! I almost never have to replace my screen protector and I’ve replaced it 3 times! Never again!
How come you make your videos so short? There was a lot of questions left unanswered for me, I think you could've spoken slower and given a few more details about the protectors and made the video like 5-10 minutes.
It's better to buy cheap 0.10€ screen protectors from china and everytime it's too scratched up, just replace and use a new one again, where as the more expensive ones, when they're broken well that's it.
Your presentations reminding me more live stock auction, then giving advice. Bet you that could do it even faster. All that constant digressions are not funny, they are annoying.
did you test the Mothca iphone screen protector? they only make screen protector for apple devices and they have really good matte screen protector. figure u may check them out
so i have been looking for information on uv hydrogel vs tempered glass screen protectors . would like to know which of them offer more protection in drop cases . any insights ?
Please release a full detailed video with the sheet and it’s values and results for the testing of each screen protector! Or at least put the sheet and the values in the short video it was the most important thing ! Love your channel !
I would like a screen protector recommendation for the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro. Can you provide? I really appreciate your videos. I do like the Mous case!!!
Do you have the raw data for all your tests? You claimed you did extensive testing but this video is so short it is difficult to know your reasons for choosing the screens you chose and why you ordered them in the way you did. Would you make longer videos with more detail? Of all the videos I have combed through after purchasing the 15 your channel seems to be the most trustworthy but it’s just lacking detail and length. I believe you have the quality I am looking for but you don’t show it in the videos. If that makes sense. Maybe at least include a link in the description to a website that has a longer video or a link to an excel document with all the testing and your ratings. Apologies for the length of the comment just hard to find reviewers that I trust. I feel like you’d be willing to include your data as it seems like you care more about your testing than other reviewers.
Flolab doesn't work for me. First, it got bubbles in the glass (not during installation) and they refuse to send me a new one for free. Then I dropped it and now it's chipped and cracked.
Any ratings on clarity, I ordered the ESR with your link for the 15promax, seems to be some distortion, would another screen protector have better clarity in your opinion, or is that just the nature of all screen protectors?
They had a breakup She was a hot friend from crossfit class he got to help with videos even though he's married with a kid. Things got strange when he rented a separate house away from the wife so he could do late night videos alone with Val and get her drunk, do whatever. She moved to Ecuador with her kids and sings in a band now.
I would really appreciate a video of the most case friendly screen protectors. I use case that go above the edge of my screen and I’m afraid that they won’t work with the cases I use. I’m using the tuff sheet from smartish and the coverage sucks but it’s budget friendly and case friendly with velvet caviar cases. If anyone can help me out with finding out if the esr or flolab works with the VC cases, I’d appreciate it. If not I’ll go ahead with Spigen or smartish again
My guess is that it would. The size difference between the smallest screen protector I tested and the largest was 2mm in width and height. The coverage was wildly different when the iPhone's had curved screens.
Sadly I cannot find the Flobal protectors here in the UK. Bought the ESR protector though (although mine wasn't the armorite version) and whilst the black edge is slightly intrusive on the iPhone 15 Pro Max screen, it looks and feels amazing. Might try the armorite version next time, although I'm leaning towards a more dust-free installation type as even in the bathroom I find it almost impossible to avoid dust specks.

This content seems awesome so far. you seem to test things well, and also care about my time-- compartmentalizing it all into short great video. Thank you :)
Does anyone know if the new FloLab 3D anti-reflective actually works well at reducing glare? I am trying to decide between their newest 3D protector which has aluminosilicate glass vs. their matte protector that is standard glass. I currently have a Spigen protector and I love everything about the Spigen except that mirror reflections in standard room lighting conditions are annoying.
Ive used most of the top 5 (flolab, esr, zaag). otterbox amplify in my long term real world use is the best ive tried. it resists scuffs scratches and cracks the best and even when it does crack you can't tell. i have a couple cracks with my current protector that is over 12 months old and you cant tell unless the screen is off and the light catches the crack. I am in construction so the phone takes a beating.
Do you have a video about the iPhone 14 Pro Max screen protector (Covering the island vs not covering the island?). Does it make a difference or affect the front camera sensors? I saw a brand Ferilinso on Amazon that sells one with the island holes cut out. Thanks in advance!! 😅
Hi! Your videos are really good and it helped me in making good purchases. Just wanted to get your opinion, sapphire screen protectors are expensive. Does it make more sense if u get the applecare+, don't use any screen protector. And get it replaced if it's broken. That would be cheaper per replacement as compared to the sapphire screen protector. Yeah the upfront cost of the applecare+ is big but it providea coverage for other accidental damages as well.

Oh man, a graph comparing the results of the top 5 for scratch, edge, coverage, etc woulda been super helpful to help me pinpoint which factor I'd like to prioritize. I wanted to know which one had the best scratch protection, or whether or not all top 5 did in fact protect up to 9H. Thx
I'd love to see a video on how you applied your Shellrus. I tried doing mine and couldn't get it down without bubbling. Tried everything, even did it in the bathroom after a hot shower because I heard a more humid environment makes it less dusty in the air.
Call me contrarian but I believe that the screen protector that breaks FIRST is the most protective and the hardest to break protectors provide the least protection up to a point. I agree that hardness against scratching may be best, but the proper way to test against breakage is to monitor the phone screen for damage not the protector. I would like to see that type of testing to prove whether a protector that more easily sacrifices itself is better or worse at protecting the phone from impact at USUAL impact strength.
Thanks for the great review. Have you heard of or tested the Torras branded screen protector before? Been hearing a lot about it and wanted to see how it compared to FLOLAB.
Went with Flo lab for my 15 pro max. $14.99 on Amazon with your link of course. I did the Zagg XTR for my 13 pro max. That oleophobic coating lasted well over 10 months wow. Clarity never waned, either.
I used to have Ip7. Then I swapped to Samsung and have been using them since. But I can't resist the new Ip14 pro max, so I bought it yesterday. I used my Samsung 10 without any screen protector at all. Chuck it in my bag with keys and wallets all the time, still no scratches. And now I'm so scared for my Iphone's life. I'm buying all the protectors out there :))
