The last pair of boots yu tried on look exactly like the boots that Beyonce wore in a video. Her back-up dancers also wore them. They didn't do much dancing while wearing them, though. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the video. This was a fun video!

Scrunchy boots we had something similar back in the 80s, but they were only knee-high and they were suede and crinkly. I actually still have two pair of ankle boots that I wear.

I remember one Christmas I got a pair of roller skates. The Christmas before my parents finished the basement. It had just cement floors. No carpeting of any kind down there. And I spent that whole winter learning how to do different tricks. I learned how to skate backwards and how to do the small go in a circle. And I was able to figure out how to do the squat skate. But I couldn’t figure out how to do the wavy legs. That was the best Christmas present that year. I live in Minnesota so roller skates for Christmas with an unfinished basement was great. That same winter an indoor roller skating rink was built and opened. So I begged for roller skates.

I have all the same problems that you do when it comes to shoes, especially boots. I'm only 4 ft. 8 in with thicker calves. I have to get kids shoes a lot but at least they're cheaper lol. It took me several tries going to the zappos store which are returns to find the right boots.
