good stuff. I'm a believer in the gentle alarm app. low volume that starts 40 minutes before you have to wake up and the regular blaring one. Idea is you wake up to the soft one in between REM cycles. Getting ripped out of rapid-eye-movement sleep is the worst way to wake up and it's essentially random.

I love Little Z's new content arc, kind of reminds me of Drew Gooden (another one of my favorites)

Twenty seconds in and already laughing and blown away by then quality. Excellent videos as of recently

My method is simple. No screens or music from a half hour before getting into bed. Lights down as low as you can reasonably do. Get into bed to go to sleep. Not to go on your phone or read or whatever, bed is for sleep. Try to make the room as warm as you can, but not hot. Change your bedsheets regularly. When your alarm goes off, just sit up in bed. No need to get fully out of bed, just sit up at the very least. And finally, works for some but not everyone, having a glass of water or something handy to take a drink from when you wake up. My quality of sleep has been near perfect since I started this. Keep it simple, and don't bother with stupid gimmick products or apps.

Great video little Z, I’m loving the new style, even as a smash player. But I will say, there’s too many jokes where you make a pun, and then the editing makes fun of you. I get the bit, but it definitely gets repetitive, especially at the beginning. With that said, I still do enjoy respect all the effort put into the new videos, it’s easy to tell you’re passionate about this, I hope you reach the same success you did with your prior stuff.
