I Think I Bought the Wrong Copy of Pikmin 

3d patapon would literally be rythm based pikmin and honestly I would love to see that happening

Just wanted to let you know that the devs behind this series are making a new game serving as a spiritual successor. It is called Ratatan and the kickstarter is live right now

Loved the part when patapons said "its patapatapatapon time" and then patapatapataponed all over the place

Fun fact: apparently Patapon are bigger then Pikmin but are still small being the size of a baseball

A little heads-up of further entries: Patapon 2 is basically Patapon 1.2 in ways. It's MUCH bigger, has more features, but the story is a direct continuation and it is very very clear with Hawkeye Gong. Patapon 3 changes numerous things up, for both better and worse in ways. It's not the same as the first games, but it both makes sense and adds new stuff too, even if some things of the past are lost. (A example is how in P2, the Hero patapon can get carried away with hero mode, and disobey a Retreat or such. P3 gives more unity to you and them for reasons i won't spoil right now.) Oh and in P3 it has more multiplayer focused stuff too. And i will say, the precision of fighting can even go down to the art of DESYNC. Deliberately offsetting your timing to your foe in order to nudge confrontations in your favour, like trying to catch a foe right at the end of their retreat when they return back to their old spot, and catching a foe right before they get to strike at you (both also depends on the character and setup you and your opponent has. Some characters have better reaction times while hero mode or such is active, and some characters' moves could have a very specific movement that could even dodge a desynced attack by moving early, or be caught by a desynced attack right at the start or end of the movement.) There is a lot of fun and struggle that lies ahead.

Tbh, I didn't expect to have this much fun watching a new player play patapon as much as I did. Watching the struggle, the confusion and you learning about the different mechanics is fun to watch. I don't mind watching a series of this if it's this well edited

Im glad I got your channel recommended, patapon is so underrated, the first 1 is a bit rough around the edges IMO but the second is one of my favorite games of all time, hope you enjoy!

However, it will not have the same amount of editing that this video had, and will be more along the lines of RTGame's style of editing in order to make sure I'm able to upload more videos and stream! Patapon, a game you can play with audio only (in the missions), yet utterly fail if you try to talk while playing.

Honestly more people should learn about the existence of Patapon as well as Ratatan, a new game from the creators of Patapon.

My childhood... Patapon is honestly one of the best series I've ever had the honour of playing in my childhood.

yooo this is one of the best franchises on the PSP! patapon 2 is the best game, it's basically 1 but refined, expanded and better in every aspect. it's also more lenient with fever timing. patapon 3 has terrible gimmicks and asinine forced multiplayer design. still fun to get through but the end game stages are ass.

The timings in the first game are really strict, which is why it took you always for 10combos to reach fever. You can get to fever as fast as 3 combos but it has to be perfect. Also you dont know if you mess up during fever because it ends only after the measure of drumming and not exactly when you mistime the drumming input

Nice first attempt. Although your music rythim is of strings and you cant seem to get the constant fever of 4 timings. Im sure you could ace The dancer of the boreal valley since she moves in strings instead of drums

U should really try patapon 3 and then try the overhaul mod made for patapon 3. But really overhaul mod is so good it makes p3 experience more enjoyable plus u can even play online too
