I’ve really been waiting on this episode, you should do whit next. I think people are just so curious about your family dynamic, what it was like growing up with your siblings, what you guys are doing, Ect.. Side note I kinda wish Alaina was your co-host, it feels way more natural and her personality is amazing.

I know Hailie wants to differentiate her identity from her dad, but I wish she would talk about her life growing up with him. He is such an inspiration and I would love to learn about what his work ethic was like and his struggles, come ups, and how he balanced his family along with his career. Also what was it like to see her dad on TV growing up and how did kids in school react to her being Eminem's daughter. Did it affect her life growing up ? How did it feel to see her dad perform on stage? What she thinks about the music industry and about the beef that her dad had with other celebrities. He really is an inspiration to me because he has gone from rags to riches and completely changed the course of his life while creating something so great that other people can relate to. I think she briefly touched on this in one of the podcasts, but I would love to hear more.

Good on Laney for working a regular 9-5 job and not living off her dad’s money. I enjoy this because Em mentions them a lot in his songs and we watched them grow up. Also as a fellow Michigander I recognize their great work ethic.

There is no age limit to further your education! When I was in nursing school there were women in their 40’s and 50’s in my class. If there is something you have passion for doing there is no age limit to follow your dreams and do it! Some of the most successful people found their true calling later in life

7:04 same!!! I graduated cumlaude from Marquette University with a psych degree, minor/almost double major in biology; yet now I’m a realtor. Granted, I “use” my degree every day. I might not be a psychologist, but I apply psychology in so many ways from client interaction to family relations. It’s all relative.

I’d love to hear her talk about her feelings when she first heard Mockingbird or watched the video. I get emotional watching it still so I could only imagine how it is for these two girls to listen to him speak to them through the song.

I wonder if you will ever interview your Dad? It would be so interesting to hear both sides you growing up and him raising you and whatever you are both willing to talk about I would sit a full 3 hours for that. Congrats on your podcast success 🎉

I know that there must have been a measure of difficulty in living under the umbrella of fame., I hope you know that there are so many people who, like me, just wish you well. I think it is so wonderful that you all seem to have come through it so normal and relatable. It really is remarkable, you obviously were loved and cared for and despite your mom and dad’s troubled childhoods and relationship they managed to do such a great job. I shared a bedroom with my little brother and we drove each other absolutely crazy. But like Haile and her sister we started to get on so much better after i moved out and got my own place. Now my brother and i are best friends. It's funny sometimes when life just works out that way. Being in each others faces every single day was hard for both of us.

No offense but you and Alaina are so much more entertaining together. This is the first episode I actually finished so far because I didn’t get bored. Alaina brings in a lot of energy while you bring in the humor and it goes well together. She should be a regular on your podcast 😊

One of the first things that made me love Eminem so much was the love of his kids! Of course I love his music as well! My kids are around the same ages as you guys and they were most definitely raised loving his music just as much as I do! I left my first college too. I just ... left. I felt so much shame from that. I was all alone, it was a small college and I got really depressed and overwhelmed and gained 15 lbs. It was bad... honestly, I am glad they are talking about this because I think it happens more than people know.

Holy smokes! I can relate to you both about college!!! Gen/z and feeling awkward and not being able to kind of handle it. I was pursuing theatre arts. I had 4 classes left, but the environment was uneasy. So, I feel ya on no friends. However, marsh did a super good job raising you three! Hailie, we got the same Horoscope girl!!! So getting along with folks is tough! Haha. Lanie, you are a warrior for conquering grief, facing your fears, and dreams! Congrats for both of you ladies on your marriages. I´m in my mid 30s and I just finished my master degree which I started because of corona. It was the absolute right decision because I´m in a much better position now. I encourage anybody to work on your education no matter how old you are

Hailie is giving me an OCD with this "voice in my head"- thing.... I started noticing the thoughts in my head when I was in bed after the episode and it has never bothered me before but now it does, now I'm scared she messed up reading for me, too 😂😂😂

They look so similar.....I used to listen their dad when I was like 14....and he was just at the beginning of his career! Now I see this 2 ladies, and I understand how time goes so fast. He did a great job being a dad.He may not have been the most lucky in love but he is the best this kids could have! Talking about having a job or go to schools,is how all kids should talk about and do!

This conversation helped me feel better about myself…. I have been feeling down because I’m 41 and I got a degree in psychology and it has been useless. I have been working towards an accounting degree and hoping this goes somewhere. It makes me feel good that others go through the same thing.
