ok i love huda but damn the ben nye makes you look naturally flawless?!? like huda looks a little too unnatural, too white even tho i love a bright under eye ben nye takes it. gonna buy now lol update: i purchased the pink powder and it’s too pink on me 😩 i’m pretty fair (mac nw15-18) so i mixed it with the ben nye fair powder i already had into a lighter pink shade. it’s smooth and beautiful but beware if you’re lighter than me!
Ben nye was one of the first true loose powders that was out many moons ago lol the pink was always my favorite 💯💯 Can I ask what lashes you’re wearing?
@@samsensation786I was wondering that but then I thought about it, pink is just a lighter shade of red and we all have red blood so I would say so 🤷♀️.
Ben's pink color is a warm shade of pink with a yellow undertone and you have a warm undertone to your skin so you'll always look best in warm shades of pink that have yellow or golden undertones like your natural coloring. Warm pinks flatter your complexion and harmonize with the warm family color palette.
I'm VERY pale with a COOL undertone but it Ben Nye's shade of pink is best for me because I have a grey discoloration with a hint of purple. Pink cancels out grey and yellow cancels out purple. So, a very warm pink works best.
Ben nye powders are staples!! And when compared the Huda looks too light and chalky and the BN looks blurring and the shade melts into perfection with your skin tone 🥰
Huda powders are way better finely milled no comparison between the two . Huda is def worth the price tag and the shade of pink is perfect not overly pink like ben nye.
The Ben Nye powder gives a much more natural appearance to your under eye. The Huda? Sure…it’s brighter, but definitely gives the appearance of wearing something TO brighten the under eye.
I freakin love this idea Cara! This is a much needed talk for many of us!... we tend to get lost in our day to day as providers and it tends to become the end all be all of who we are (we become our title/label)... however as an astrologer, I can tell you with Venus now in the sign of Leo, the sign of Royalty, creativity, joy, pleasure (ruled by the Sun) for which she will remain til Oct. Which in itself is very special, she is asking the feminine to straighten her crown, know her worth is valued not only because of what she provides to those in her world; but because she is worthy, valued and is here to live in her truth at any age!...
The Ben Nye looks great! Not as powdery. I've been curious about this one but I'm quite fair so I think the darker pink may be too obvious on my coloring.
The Ben Nye side is better it seems like the darker color brightened without emphasizing the dark under eye area, way more natural looking for a bright under eye. Sometimes a bright under eye can look very unnatural and too cakey.... I noticed sometimes concealer that's too light emphasizes blue/green/darkness under the eye by making it look grayish but when you use a darker color corrector and a concealer closer to your skintone it is more efficient
Yes, the other one suits you better and it looks more like skin and not "I've just baked my under eye area" lol ^^ Thank you so much! What blush are you wearing? Please do a blush videoooo 💖💖💖
The ben nye one makes it look very natural compared to huda. Both are great and maybe for you there are occasions when the ben nye one is appropriate to use!
I had a question on your contouring on nose video because the comments were disabled. I love this trick and love your demonstration! Was wondering if you still apply the concealer after you’ve baked under your eyes? If you do, does it get patchy after you’ve applied this way?
Idk but the huda one looks a little patchy in my opinion but the Ben nye one looks super flawless. Don’t get me wrong I love huda beautys loose setting powder,it smells amazing too! Ben nye is a cheaper alternative!
