69 Noice 😜 Niggles happen to me all the time mate. Just recently had a achillies scare, seemed to bugger off after a day or two. This is why I'm a advocate for cross training, take a step back before you sideline yourself. I think what you did with minimal miles was by far the most sensible thing to do mate.
