God qualifies the called Romans 8:30 tells us. I didn't know this as a young homemaker. As a result I was overwhelmed and constantly on survival mode. I learned these 3 habits I shared in this video and I started thriving in my calling as a homemaker and homeschooling mother of 4.
Banana Muffin recipe:
Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
¾ cup white sugar
1 large egg
⅓ cup butter, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl; set aside.
Mix bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a separate large bowl until well combined; fold in flour mixture until smooth. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven until tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool briefly in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Homemade Granola Recipe:
Mix 4 cups of oats with half a cup of coconut oil and half a cup of honey/maple syrup/golden syrup in a bowl and mix.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Toss the oats mixture and bake while checking every minute or 2 and mixing the oats around to avoid burning it.
Add nuts/cranberries and bake till golden brown.
Leave to cool completely before storing in a jar.
ENJOY
