I helped someone like this once on Omegle. He was really going through it, think he was in his 20s or something. It was kinda graphic talking, he said he had been depressed for a long time and have done SH in several different ways. The only thing that was keeping him alive was drinking and pills. I tried my best to help him. We stayed in contact for a while and around 3 months later we met up close to where i live. He has a job he likes now and a fiancée. I was so happy i could help him, and im younger than him. That just shows how being young doesn’t stop you from helping people. ❤️ Update: Still in contact with him, he is currently expecting a child with his wife :,) im so happy for him

Depression isn’t something to joke about and definitely not something to laugh about or make fun of. It’s a real illness amount thousands of people. I just wanna say to anyone going through anything, you are strong enough to keep fighting. It might be tough at the moment but your way tougher! You’ve got this!! It might be a hard day, it might be a hard week, it even might be a hard month, but one thing I know for sure is that doesn’t make it a bad life!! You’ve got this and I believe I’m you that you can keep fighting!!! ❤️❤️

It disgusts me that some people think of depression as a laughing matter. It’s no joke, it’s like having a dark void sucking away your energy day by day... with what feels like nothing one can do about to help themselves out of the pattern. P.S. To anyone else out there experiencing or going through this; stay strong things WILL get better it just takes time and sometimes the journey is long... DON’T GIVE UP.

Zach, when I came across you on TikTok a little over a year ago, you helped me so much. You helped me to realize that I was ok "feeling" whatever I was going through. That I still mattered and nothing was wrong with me because of how I was feeling. It's ok to feel sad, depressed, angry, hurt...those emotions need to be felt. But it's important that once you feel them, not to stay in that "place". Talk to someone...anyone. People care. We're out here. I love to be there for people and to listen to their hurts...I don't want anyone to feel alone and that they're not valid.

Getting a dog really helps. Mine unfortunately passed away 7 months ago today. He was the only reason I kept on fighting. Since he left things have been bad,like really bad. I'm suicidal and I don't wanna live,I don't see the point and my best friend gets mad at me because of it that I can't keep a conversation flowing. It's a fight I fight every single day. I really hope everyone here heals from what they don't tell people. It's comforting knowing there's a community. Keep it up guys

Been battling depression since my father died when I was 16. It's a "win" every day we get up and achieve even one thing. Be proud of yourselves! I am proud of everyone going through something and cutting through it. My health dictates a lot, along with couch surfing and my ex trying to take full custody of our child. It's great to see strangers taking a moment to say a kind word, for some of them telling a stranger they're depressed is easier than telling family/friends. I think it's likely that the couple of people who laughed or mocked you are so scared of their emotions that they immediately lash out or mock anyone who is strong enough to speak their truth. Continue to speak your truth. You are visionary in the way you have and continue to break barriers about depression, and using social media reaches people of all ages, letting them know they are not alone. It is true… so often we don’t know why we feel such sadness/emptiness. And because we don’t know why, we feel broken. Depression is a silent and dark vicious cycle, and one that can spiral without notice. There is no perfect formula for success against depression… it is not really something you can beat.. but I believe you can live with it healthily. These are my recurring habits that make a difference (aside from therapy) - go for long walks in nature, take my camera with me for the day, go watch the sunrise/sunset, write, sing along to my favorite songs while cleaning the house. These are the things I do for me. Like you always say: you matter most ❤️ Looking forward to your next video!

Ive been struggling with depression for a whole year now. And its tought its something i wont wish on my worst enemy ive lost alot of friends in the past 2 years.. And watching vidoes like this showing youre notalne actually helps a bit it makes me feel good.. It really makes me believe in humanity that whe have more in us that whe show..if anyone is going through depression at the moment talk to someone.. Depression is very difficult to get through. Since December 2018 I have lost 3 brothers in law, my brother was murdered in 2019 on social media shot in the torso and point blank in the head, my father passed away, my aunt in law, grandmother in law, and my cousin Kaylee, uncle, and cousin in law. From December 2018-December 2022. A lot of loss. They were all very difficult. However my 🙏 brother was like my son because I raised him for one and a half and I was 8 years old until I ran away at the age of 15 do to things that were happening to me in the house. And all of these people that I have lost have been in my family even my brother-in-law's since I was 19 years old. And I am 51 right now so yes everyone was very close to me. It takes a lot to go through depression some days I don't think I'll make it through a day however I have to stay strong or try and stay strong. So much loss and so much hurt is still inside. Me everybody have a great holiday and many blessings
