Right Jesus what a spoiled lil cry baby ads beyotch stfu she's in for traffic tickets n sum them not going home for years or ever n she wants talk to the manager lol in jail lol... in Louisville ky she's still be waiting to talk to a manager lol
Sister Rose I have made it clear to my children that if they ever are stupid enough to get locked up that I am going to let them sit there. After, I told them about kites, shivs, and advised them it would be a good idea to get a girlfriend relatively early. It’s the least I can do after watching all of these prison docuseries
@@stellaray Many prisons are privately owned and they are building more and more. They profit off people who just can't afford to live and nobody sees what is coming.
@Omega Man i was addicted to pain killers and once i knew i had a son coming. I dropped them real quick. Ik a lot of ppl like me. Being an addict isn't an excuse.
@@dmkuchins6646 She said rap and meant rap, Diane. Who says they hear a rape??? On the shows with guys, they are always writing raps and rapping for the camera like it's American Idol or something. Plesse stop being so extra.
"One bad decision and I'm going to prison." Girl you made bad decision after bad decision. Hang out with the wrong people. Start using meth. Start dating a meth dealer. MARRY the meth dealer. You were making bad decisions for a long time before you got caught up.
Because you're depending on other people that are strangers to decide what punishment they give u, like OJ that got off on murder, you never know what a jury decides
The judge is completely what matters. When an inmate says “oh, you’re going to Judge So and So? You’re screwed” or “Judge So and So LOVES mothers, you’ll definitely be let off easy” it’s clear the judges are what matters and no matter what the suggested time is, unless it’s mandatory, they aren’t getting it unless the judge has prejudices. That’s how it works.
For some it is easier even more so when addicted to drugs and they want to be clean but the temptation of the streets is killer and this is the only way they can have a roof over their head, food in their stomach(reguardless of how gross) and stay clean.
They get stuck because in jail they are held accountable, every second of their day is planned and supervised. So, for some once they leave they can't handle not having that structure and they fall off the wagon again and again. Revolving door.
Structure and Accountability. Have to be behave because the repercussions are not pretty. Pepper spray, tazor, restraint chair or solitary. Jail is or can be boring and strict but its easy to stay clean off drugs and you dont gotta work or if they do its cause they have to or there doing it outa bordem in jail. Alota these people have been in an out there whole life so they never really lived normal lives but on the street, doin an sellin drugs and criminal axtivity.. Sad ... Id rather never go bk! My first and only crime was at age 35. Everyone there had been in jail before and since there teens or early 20's.
Up until very recently I was working as a nurse on the homeless health team, its like a vicious circle sometime for some of them. Some try everything they can to get back in prison, especially in the winter. They have said to me, they sometimes prefer it there as at least they're getting 3 meals a day, a bed, clean clothes, shower etc, plus there's a lot of help with detoxing etc. I'm now working as a prison nurse
Right that chic is killing my ass n she's in for traffic tickets ... if she was n the dudes cells n a dude acted like that they'd beat his breaks OFF some them ppl not going home n shell be out by Tom n complaining bahaha JESUS just suck it up lay down n do ur time
Ikr......as soon as they end up in jail and then they think about they're kids. If they would have thought of them before they went to jail.....then they would not be in jail at all.
My little Chihuahua Ella passed away and I’m absolutely devastated. Trying to watch shows to take my mind off the pain. I just wanted to share because she was the sweetest most compassionate emotionally support of little doggie that I miss terribly. Hug and kiss your pets we never know when it will be the last. RIP Ella 🙏💓 🐕 😓😔
If you believe there is truly a past and future then they occur, now. Meaning she lives in time and will always be with you. If you believe in energy, again, in another way, she lives, always. All within you.
"One bad decision and I'm going to prison" GIRL. It was a whole plethora of bad decisions! TF you mean? You start dating a drug dealer and think what? I'll live a life of luxury? You start doing drugs and think what? I'll just do my meth and live a happy life? You had a kid with a drug dealer and thought what? I'll be able to change him? The delusion of thinking it was just one thing
Tony Trott > even worse decision was having his kid. and good chance she was doing drugs while pregnant. and probably booze too. guess they'll find out how developmentally delayed he's going to be when he gets just a bit older and doesn't hit his 'milestones'.
but.. they love another!! that's just like abusive victims, whining about being abused, but "love him or her"so they don't leave the situation. they hope that person changes.
No it's jail. Prisons are state jails are county inmates some waiting to be transferred to prison. They don't mind having state prisoners. The state daily pays this private jail owned by judges detention center
Philip Tucker - I heard someone explain it perfectly... even if there are states that have legalized weed now, those individuals broke the law at the time. It’s the fact that they knew it was against the law, but still broke it. It’s not what they were selling. There are some states that are looking over those non violent offenders, such a marijuana dealers and reevaluating their cases.
DRUGS are not worse than violent crimes n drug addicts choose to buy the drugs it don't ruin more lives than murder... dumbest comment I've ever read! Y'all kill me if u don't know their way of life don't act like u kno shit.... easy to say what's what but unless u live it u have no idea stfu
I feel very blessed right now I could be in her shoes I was a using addic for some years I can now say happily I am free from that hell for today I still have my kids and husband I have a home and a job and seeing her that could ve been me thank you Jesus for all your blessings keep blessing me and helping me cause with out you I wouldn't have done or had none of this
Jesus blessed me with his grace as well. Been sober almost 3 years and my bf has stood by me thru this all as well as my kids. There but for the grace of God go I
This is so true. So many people pass judgement but if you were ever an addict these people in these shows ARE you. You just by the grace of god did not end up there.
American Made pretty sure the OP’s point was if she had never been in trouble she wouldn’t have a probation officer... maybe she meant she had never actually been in jail but you don’t just have a probation officer if you’ve never been in some kind of trouble with the law.
She actually said she has never been in jail or in this kind of trouble before. Then the narrator elaborated that she was sent by her probation officer for failing a drug test. She must have been sentenced to probation and no drugs was a condition
All these mom's realize in jail how important their children are to them...unfortunately you should have realized that before you went to jail 9 times. Poor kids. Grandparents raising them I'm sure.
KJS1444 Its sick that the most clean being on earth pay for stupid women. They dont deserve it. I am hopeful though. Ive met kids of addicts who grew up to better thmeselves. And yes their grandparents raised them. I wish them the best
So what if a mother realizes the consequences of her decisions when she gets to jail!? The point is she realizes it, works to the best of her abilities to make a change, and become a better mom. Who are you the child importance judge? You really believe you can make that call? You are just a strait up egotistical jerk and would probably talk shit about a mom in jail to her kids. Sounds like you are the one thats been judged. Projection can be a bitch but please learn from it. I'll pray for you.....seriously ♥️
Look man drugs especially meth and weed you can’t just stop like that man it’s hard...withdraw makes you delusional and you can sometimes get high while going through a withdraw episode because you’re mind ain’t straight and you can really try HARD you can’t judge until you go through it yourself
How do you think addicts get the money to get high? They commit crimes the majority of the time. A very very small percent have jobs and use occasionally. I knew a girl that got on crack. She had a full scholarship house and car and in less then a year she was prostituting and robbing folks. What you said sounds right but when dig into it it isn't that simple
@@msudak4 Execute drug users. You must be a Trump supporter Jerry. Constantly judging others while I'm sure you have plenty of skeletons in your closet.
I love how the opening admits how corrupt the system is and most people are too dumb to even see it. "Many of the individuals have not been CHARGED or convicted of any crime." Not even CHARGED. Innocent until proven guilty is actually just the opposite as you'll get locked up and either have to fork over money to be bonded out or sit there until your court date.
i love how the officer was like why wasn't she asked in a nicer way to throw away her tissue,, c'mon... it made me laugh how she was done with her lmao
I can’t imagine being in prison. It would destroy my life and dream career. Ya’ll stay away from drugs and criminal activity because it is not worth throwing your life away and being known as a criminal
The start in life some of these girls have makes them always the underdog and it's difficult to even get to the starter line in anything. That's why I so admire people who are born into a difficult position and make it. Don't have to make it BIG; holding down a job, steering away from drugs which could give them a false warm fuzzy hug, and steering away from crime that could supply easy money. They have the savvy to know that "easy" = jail.
Ana Delgado, apparently not obvious enough. otherwise, there wouldn’t be so many weak-minded suckers selling out their health, freedom, and even their own children.
a traffic ticket is committing a crime? obviously you never sat in jail. every minutes seems like five hours.... if you are rich, you don't go to jail for that kind of stuff.... One day, hopefully you'll get a ticket and not be able to pay it, or I mean, 'COMMIT A CRIME" then you can voice an opinion because you'll know a bit about the jail system because now you obviously don't... you are a dumb ass. hate people who judge others when they don't know what they've been through, are going through... mean people like you suck.
Nicholas Cisternino chill tf out, she expected to be treated like a queen in prison. it aint it, it is what it is. she is not gonna be treated amazingly in prison, accept it
Flüssigmetallschleim69 That's exactly what she was saying. Are you just explained us the obvious? Or you have some other opinion, but forgot to mention it? lol
so frustrating! I grew up watching my older sisters shoot up. One died at 38, the other at 44. My little brother decided Meth was a good idea and died at 41. WTF?????? I learned NEVER to do drugs from watching the chaos of my elders, so what the hell was my baby brother thinking? too painful. ugh.I am the one left alive, and I feel guilty for it.
jeannie elliott what the hell, don’t feel guilty. Is it your fault they decided to do drugs? No. Don’t feel guilty for actions that were not yours. Matter a fact feel proud that you didn’t fall into your siblings footsteps.
she needs to move her ass to colorado as soon as her probation is up. it's crazy how you can do a bit of coke on a thursday cause it will be out of your system by monday, but not pot.
Lisa Foos ... First of I was thinking why should I? ... Then I was after that thinking, omg Loool you fkn WISH you could be, bcz if you even were 1% similar in the mind you would *NEVER* take take any drugs as I have not. So I have EVERY RIGHT to judge, Especially in this case here, bcz I havent said anything that isnt a fact!!!!! ...Can you spell that little girl? ... F A C T??? *SMOKING WEED IS NOT INTELLIGENCE!!!!!!* So whats there to understand huh? Do elaborate.
Right?!!!! Memo to me: when in Georgia DO NOT DRIVE THRU GWINNET in order to get to other town faster. Take the LOOOONG WAY AROUND, do not pass go, gas or the buck...keep looking forward, no sudden movement, no stopping for directions, townsfolk don't take too kindly to strange looking strangers.
The jails on television are always WAY cleaner and nicer than the ones I've seen in person. Her cell looks like a condo compared to the one I was locked in with 5 other women and 2 beds with no mats to lay on. Using your bag as a pillow...
I was thinking the SAME thing! Like, damn, those walls are White! The ‘White’ walls at the jails I’ve been at were stained with dirt and blood and shit. Dust everywhere. Just nasty.
And her saying she is usually not a whiner so she wasn't going to whine about it. When she was whining about it the whole time! Lol, I bet she got it hard, wish they would of focused back on her a little more.
yeah but richies get out on propbation after 8 hours, so do they care? but she got her eyes opened about government and offical law enforcement ni less then 8 hours, nice at least she won't be naive on that issue anymore in future, some people never will realize and keep believing "1984" works. Diane M Kuchins, too imagine thinking weed is harmful lmao, you must be young. If we use thc/cbd for medical patients, we shouldn’t be getting jail time.
You completely misread her.... She didn't get his name there because she "likes looking at it while she gets high... " She put it there to remind her what's at stake every time she gets high because she really does want to quit drugs for him. It's to remind her of the pain her son feels.... She's hoping it will inspire her to quit.
8 hours in a holding cell for traffic tickets? That cop who shoot that child in Texas was out in 3 after being charged with murder in the first. It's a two tier justice system.
Carrie Bizz Right? I thought I've heard something else. And then, she-sheriff explain it everything. They treating them all the same - unpaid tickets & murder = same difference. How is that productive? What's wrong with that picture? I can't comprehend this type of law.
Its Gwinnett county is why they treat tickets and murder the same. They don’t pull that shit anywhere else in GA but Gwinnett. Never had one bit of legal trouble move here and for yelling at my kid I received 5 years of probation. But a white cop killing a kid no matter color he did 2 hours. Even more fucked up was I couldn’t even get booked in for 6 hours. Oh and he was acquitted of all wrong doing like normal.
CallMeNikki stay clean respect those around you and have goals. Jail isnt supposed to be nice. And nice people are not kept there. You are better than that. Good job stay safe👍
Many things were and are declared "illegal", but it doesn't mean they're actually wrong, harmful or criminal. Sometimes the laws themselves are a lot more criminal than the activities they prohibit. In 1920s US alcohol was illegal, in Soviet Union doing business for your own profit was illegal, in Germany simply being a Jew was illegal. So what? If there's a law that says a woman must be torn from her children for smoking weed, then I say, that that law is fucked and fuck that law and those who enforce it.
Next time you write a comment, try to think. The point is, don't presume a law is just or should be blindly observed simply because it's on the books in present society. Many times it's a bigger crime to follow a law than to break or ignore it. Also I was stolen from and attacked many times, more than once by actual cops, but never by a girl who smoked weed))
@@ironwheal oh well. 🤷♀️ i don't believe that. Likely excuse to hate cops. You wouldn't last a day doing the job they do. So, i couldn't care less what has or will happen to you.
SpaghettiandSauce I’ve never been in jail or prison and I know from a CO that the other CO’s are absolute assholes to these people. He told me he sees mistreatment a lot. It’s actually disgusting. Just because you made mistakes does not mean you’re no longer a human being. There are some inmates that I’m sure deserve it but there are more inmates that don’t deserve it.
I could not imagine being in jail :( it would be extremely mentally hard . Idk how’d I be able to handle that ! Glad I’m a homebody and stay out of trouble
Me neither. I know I would survive, but I would be so miserable that I will never, never do a tiny little thing to ever be there. It is such a degrading, dehumanizing experience I don’t know that I would recover emotionally. Nope, no prison for me.🥸😎😷
Once she married him, she proved she doesn't give a damn about anyone or anything. No regard for human life whatsoever. Especially have a kid with him. She should have taken that child and left, never to see him again. But she chose partying and the fast lane. Proceeds to leave her own child without either parent, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that child is taken from her permanently. For her child's sake, I hope she realizes where she fucked up and tells her piece of shit husband shes done and takes the kid.
If your on probation or parole you can't fail a drug test or you get locked up and can do all the time over your head, idk if shes on probation or parole that made he get locked up for smoking bud. That's exactly why it needs to be recreationally legal in all 50 states!
@@Ak907Queen She said that it was her very first time in trouble with the law... they seriously locked her up for smoking weed as a first offence. I doubt that she would be serving time if she were white. The situation sucks.
“They were rude to me and I’ll have a lot less respect for police officers because they wouldn’t give me a blanket” She sounds like she is a princess 😂
They seriously only remember they are mothers, and think about their kids when they are in prison, sober and with few fun vices to distract them. The second they get out their children are no longer priorities I assure you.
Oh lordy, so she has her kids name tattooed on her forearm so she can look at it in the mirror when she gets high. That's one of the dumbest things I've heard. Kids don't help people get or stay sober. I've met countless women who are trapped in the revolving door of rehabs & jail & they absolutely love their children, but it's not enough to keep them out of trouble or to stop the problem behavior. Even in severe situations when children have been removed from the mothers, many still can't manage to get their act together to get the kids back. I've even met someone who was happy that cps took the kids because she wouldn't have to take care of them, & could smoke Crack in her home without being bothered by them. Those were her exact words to me. Only thing that is going to get you to get your shit together is yourself.
Fam that did NOT disorient that lady. 😂 She literally said “I have to get to work” after getting hit with that thing POINT BLANK lol. Plus y’all edited out her talking.
XSadaX nothing funny. the devils hand at work...innocent babies losing parents and they can not wrap their minds around it. the devil uses drugs to tear us down. please, pray for our addicts and their love ones, most importantly these poor babies and God help us the poor ones who are old enough to somewhat or even fully comprehend. God bless them, lets pray for forgiveness and understanding. I love you Jesus, your will be done.....amen!!!!!
No system is perfect but for addicts to be jailed and given felonys is just wrong. How do you expect them to stay clean when there released if they can't get a decent job. Wow
Nobody GAVE them a felony--they gave it to themselves. They need to take responsibility for their own choices and behaviors. I think you mean they're not there. Anyway, the fact that they just got out of jail and have drug problems is going to the problem in finding work. Also, sometimes getting away from friends and family that support the drugs can actually be a good thing. In any case, if you don't want to be relocated against your will don't go to jail.
jacque renee, I agree with you. Addict's need rehabilitation, not to just be locked up. The only thing that jail does is make you less and less scared to come back to jail the more you come. At the very least they could offer more programs to help. I personally think that America should look into Norway's prisons. The rate of someone returning to prison there is very low because they actually help people and care instead of making you feel like some kind of animal and that you dont matter. Everyone makes mistakes, just not everyone is caught.
ahahahah when that guard L.Hicks was talking about that girl; "why doesn't she ask in a nicer way? " the look on her face was like "is she new wtf?" too funny
+Ahaziah of Judah Any one with any sense to change this system has got the fuck out of the shit hole that is Georgia. The way they are running this prison, the way they are entrapping people into extra long sentences by forcing ridiculous probation conditions on them (e.g. you need to stay unemployed within state where you have no friends or connections...), is only making the problem worse. Drug users should not be considered criminals. Throwing somebody in jail for 2 and a half years (12:05) for selling meth is fucking insane.
Max Powers If you are that bothered by the Georgia judicial system change it If you don't want to change it don't complain about it, Georgia is a fine state to live in and most people there are doing good and are mostly happy with the states judicial system.
Ahaziah of Judah That's not actually an argument or response. America has the highest incarceration rate in the world -- both in per capita and total numbers. For that to change I'll need to change other minds like yourself.

she didn't pay her speeding tickets ? And they locked her up ? "We treat someone who is here on a traffic charge the same as someone who is here for Murder". Yeah that makes sense - NOT !!
