(This is shown with her ex-fiance) And in a taisho era homosexuality was not normalised and especially with women was stigmatised. So the song implies that she is a comphet lesbian. And Mitsuri hadn't been pressured to marry for a long time. That was her own goal she set. Even if she didn't love Obanai and she realized her love for Shinobu, which ur video shows by the romantic moments, Mitsuri would have secretly stayed with Shinobu bc Mitsuri isn't just hurting herself, she's hurting Obanai. And like I said again in my last comment, I'm not a song franatic and I've heard the lyrics in the video, doesn't explain a lot by the lyrics, just explains that Mitsuri is unhappy and was in love with Shinobu.
