Just a friendly suggestion but you should consider expanding those tests across multiple weeks. Not only is generally not a good idea to mix so many different supplements of any nature, but if they have a positive or negative effect it is very hard if not impossible to understand which one caused it.
@towerofresonance4877
@towerofresonance4877 Год назад
I started off when I was a kid at 19 years old with fish oil tablets and caffeine. I started eating everything rich in omega's. I started adding supplements one after another each year consecutively and now I am on a harmonic spectrum of Supplements that compliment one another through trial-and-error. There were times when I was over abundant in certain things and I just had to stop taking my B12 supplement and D3.

Yea, its the one glaring negative of his videos, I really like the concepts, and the tests he does. But his time frame is always around week - which is perfect as a content creator, and putting out new videos, but not nearly long enough to see any meaningful changes.

Internet IQ tests aren't real. You need to go somewhere official to take one. And the same place may only allow to take a test once a year. Mensa (the real Mensa) supposedly only allows one in a lifetime. It's stated right on the Mensa site that the online test is not to be taken seriously. Joe Rogan is a midwit and only used an online test. Therefore, unfortunately, this video is total bunk.

Great video. Most ppl tend to focus on nutrition body wise, and its rare that they focus on the brain. The brain is the most energy. I tested all these before as well over a longer period tho. Gaba definitely made me moody and hard to sleep. Citocholine worked first week and after that built up tolerance. Tongkat ali didnt improve cognition, just strength. Ginkgo and l theanine together was a beast. Lions mane is the best. This is what allows me to read chapters and actually remember everything i read. Lol n collidal gold mix with lions mane is what im taking now. Gold is a super conductor, and its non corrosive. Its also a noble element, so if they say i am what i eat, then i wanna be noble. I was in a spectacular end-over-end rollover a year ago, of which I don't remember, and ended up with a trippy TBI. Trippy because I was seeing that kaleidoscope effect whenever I closed my eyes for longer than a blink. Anyway, I couldn't remember from one minute to another. Yah, I would call a friend to see what's up only to be told they were just talking to me 10 minutes prior. I have good friends and they just laughed at me. This was wearing on me so I happened across Lion's Mane. I took it regularly until I had to check into a physical rehab center for 3 straight months and left the Lion's Mane behind. I only realized how well it worked for me after I had to stop taking it in rehab. I super-snooped it out and, apparently, you have to continuously take it to reap the benefits. Once you stop taking it, and depending on the severity of your issue. you can end up right back where your brain was when you started. It did well for me until stopped taking it. I guess I had in mind that it would have lasting effects. So, with that said, do you think any of the products you took had lasting effects at this point? Cheers, Clueless (literally)

He's probably made a video in the past, or you could just look for another one. You don't need a video anyway. Just search it up, calorie deficit (eating slightly less) to lose weight, calorie surplus (eating slightly more) to gain weight. Strength training: heavy weights for strength, light weights for muscle. Cardio: f you plan to build mass, but also you plan to do cardio and have stamina, do not do sprints, do long-distance runs. If you are already skinny, I recommend calorie surplus, strength training (calisthenics and weights) and long distance training. If you want to lose weight, do not do any weight loss cardio. Do strictly weight training and calisthenics and eat how you would normally, along with long distance runs. After 6 months of this, then you can begin doing a calorie deficit and lose excess fat, along with the same exercise. Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Fibre, too. We do not have time for excess snacks or sweets. Everything must be tight, never loose. This is all you need. Ask if you have any more questions.

Honestly? Fit is such a broad term... Fit fit what? Soccer players are fit, ubless you make them play rugby... Rugby players are fit... Unless you make them play soccer... The word fit implies that you have some goal... If its just for aesthetics, ask someone with the looks you want... If its about health.... It changes depending on many things... If you have male hormonal balance, you could stay between 17 and 22% bodyfat, and work all muscles of the body 3 times a week, one with relatively light weight and lots of reps, one with relatively high weights and not many reps and one in between... Lets say.. one day of 20 reps for 5 sets each excercise, one day of 5 sets of 3 reps and one day of 5 sets of 10 reps For food, make sure you eat a bit of everything... Nutritio. Will follow... If there is a nutrient you cant get from food suplement that in particular... The 3 different sets/reps combinations are to balance each other .. only high reps light weight gives mostly muscle, only heavy weights gives strength, the inbetween gives a bit of bith sub optimaly... Doing just the inbetween one would have similar results in theory, but in practice, dividing it on those 3 would be slightly more optimal for both things... Because type of stimuli affects alot... Also pick some type of cardio you like, it can be anything... And maje sure you do it AFTER your weight trainint or in a different day... My cardio is running 6km 3 times a week... If you have a female hormone balance the only change is that you should stay in a higher bodyfat%... 24 to 29 is a good number... You can technically be healthy with slightly lower or slightly higher numbers than those...but those are usually where people start to se themself as "fit"
@конец-м7о
@конец-м7о Год назад

One of the main reasons you are finding yourself having more realistic dreams and seeing those lines is because all the supplements are making your brain work at 100% longer than it would without the supplements. This means that when you go to sleep, there is more for your brain to “download” and process. This makes your dreams stronger or makes you see things. In the short run it’s not a bad thing, but in the long run it can be a problem because you’ll end up not giving your brain enough time to process things at night. That can feel like a false sense of focus or things like brain stutters. Don’t take my word as science but I’ve researched this before and that’s the short version of what I’ve learned

I didn't think you could mix so many compounds to get a real ressult, in that, they would combine and create a strange soup. I agree you have a good body awareness. I think that I do to.

I read that the authors of "Limitless" were probably inspired by "Amanita muscaria"... And that Amanita muscaria is somewhat similar to Adderall. Psyched Substance did a video, "Drinking Amanita Muscaria Mushrooms". The way Pigmie behaves in this video is exactly how the Psyched Substance guy behaves. Then, I managed to get my hands on some Amanita, and I microdosed. I felt the same way as Pigmie in this video; super energy, funnel focus, rapid task completion, dancing, exercise, euphoria... I even injured myself too, for pushing myself too hard. In my case, my knee.

Reading tip. I have the same issue with mind wondering when I try to read. I discovered that listening to jazz (with no words) in headphones actually centered my reading. I found myself reading large books in 2-3 days rather than the 2 months it usually took me before giving up. I recommend Weather Report as a good group for this type of reading. Give it a try. You can thank me later

A week does virtually nothing. It takes time, a lot of time matter of fact to get ANY benefits from this stuff..

For anybody that wants a low cost but a much much MUCH more effective results, do these few simple steps every day: 1) Reduce bad habits & bad diet 2) Exercise 3) Play several brain games / study & memorize every single day 4) Take only one supplement that is well researched and you can afford Each and one of it are related and compounds if you do more. Nothing beats exercise and training your brain directly like cognitive exercises. You can make it easier by reducing your bad habits & diet which affects your sleep quality, that will then affect all of the next steps. Supplements will only assist you. You will need to put effort. Caffeine gives you that alertness, but you still need to train your brain. You can take protein, but you still need to pump those muscles. Unless you're already having brain fogs or some condition. Then you'll need to be more pickier on your diet/supplement. You'll have to spend more like Resveratrol (Berries) for Alzheimer/Dementia, and so forth.
