Thank you so much for the way you explained how to recover confidence. I am suffering from the same issue. This month was good till last wednesday and lost most of my profit on the monthly expiry day. So I am eating like an ant and shiting like an elephant. Though I ended this month with positive unlike last few months. I am using fintarget. Last thursday the biggest loss came from the option buying strategy which you shared recently. Both the call/put stoplosses were hit. By the way, I will follow what you adviced in this video.

Hi saketh did you consider the fact that nov was a single trending month in a single direction. Most losses always happen in zigzag market. Love your videos but i think you should look at this angle too.kudos
@sakethr thanks sir, for the reply, if you have not replied, it would have taken months for me to find out. But I was in "simple trader" telegram group,he also used to share his trade records but in them it shows like only one trade used to cover more than 200 lines Don't know the reason, either I am dumb or something, hope your trades may add some value. Finding very tough to learn option selling, may be because I have not put my real money in it. Thanks
