My milk supply started decreasing around 7 months as well and i was so thankful i pumped so much the first 4 months before fully transitioning to breastfeeding. i ended up feeding my daughter bottles of my frozen milk at night and kept breastfeeding my son until i had to supplement both. its really difficult to bring the supply back up after the first 12 weeks postpartum. if breastfeeding is something you and your baby want to continue, then thats totally okay to do with supplementing frozen milk. Its still so helpful for comforting and bonding with your baby regardless of how much milk he's actually intaking.

Also, just a tip for growing your following quicker. In my experience, shorts help reach a much larger audience. Start posting the same reels on insta and resharing them on youtube. Hope that helps :)

yeah I feel like after a while it’s so much bad boosting up the supply!! I’m just so thankful I’m still breastfeeding him somewhat and that I still have so much frozen milk leftover!!!🤍🤍 and wow thank you!!! I actually haven’t even thought of doing shorts, such a good idea!🥰

Have you tried power pumping? Google it. It helped me a lot when I had low milk supply with my son after getting a mastitis/abscess and pretty much losing all milk supply in that breast.

Yes I have tried that!😩😩 it definitely helped a little but not all the way!
