This is actually a great idea. Plus maybe a body language expert to see if they are deceptive. I really want to know if they are legit or not. Even though my skeptic brain is trying to make me debunk it, it's really hard with Cody and Satori tbf.

I mean its realy science isnt it. there is something that has an energy to cool the flashlight but that in no way should light it up.But as soon it lights up, it will warm up (science part). So instead of debunking they needed to see Y did it light up as it coolsdown.

Why would it turn back on after it cools down though? Lol their explanation wasn't complete at all. Also, why would flashlights turn on and off in perfect timing with questions?

@@darlingdeb7010 My understanding of how it works: Physical components of the flashlight are literally moving when heating and cooling because they expand and contract as the heat changes. The light turns both off and back on again because the components that need to touch for it to be on/not touch for it to be off are consistently physically moving apart (turning off) and moving back together (turning back on). This process is cyclical because when the light is on, the light it produces heats it up - causing the components to move apart, and so turns it off. Then, the lack of light allows it to cool down which moves the components the opposite way and turns it back on again; and the cycle continues. Also, I've seen so many of these and the timings are almost never perfectly in line with the questions. It's just confirmation bias - the few times it does line up is enough to convince us it's working, even though the number of times it doesn't line up are far greater. You’re right about one thing though: for having such great evidence against the flashlight, they didn’t explain it completely at all!

Honestly it's not 100% debunk; I know it could be bs, but the ghosts are known to have low temperature, and it could be that if a ghost touch the flashlight it makes it go off and on etc..

I would too, like if they work in non-haunted locations too, and determining if certain voices that come through aren't just created with subjective interpretation to meet your desired answers, which is what I've been most skeptical of.

Ya but in the other video they were asking them to do it and a second later it was going off and the music box went off when they asked for it to go off at ten seconds

@kyleniebergall661 it would be possible to have a secret microphone which records the conversation and uses a neural network to decide when to turn it on/off.
