This is why I do it! I remember my pops taking me out on bike rides before kindergarten all the time. It’s something that I’ll remember forever. So making these core memories with him make me happy

Yeah my dad died 3 years ago ( I’m 14) and watching people with awesome dads Are hard but also it makes me excited to one day be as great as a dad as you are

I'm from a big family and my Dad took me on a road trip like this, just him and me, and 50 years later now I still remember that as one of my happiest memories.
I just started watching your videos a couple days ago and this one is awesome! It's obvious you and your family are hard working people, but it's awesome to be able to spend that time with your son in the truck! You can tell he's having a blast and he's learning about the trucking business too. Trips like this will help him appreciate the times when you're on the road and not able to be at home all the time. Good job dude! Moments that will last a lifetime. One of my colleagues used to go with his dad on such trips in the summers back in the 70s and 80s. His dad drove b trains of some sort of hazmat liquids. Told me about a few adventures.

What a cool video it brings back good memories for me my dad took me on my first truck trip when I was 16 we didn't have a TV in the sleeper my dad had a 1977 mack western cruise liner back then we were hauling baby formula I think it's great that he is teaching his son the importance of hard work at such a young age awesome
I grew up going with my dad every chance I could in the truck and loved it. He was an owner operator then started driving for a company later, but the memories are there just like you and your son will have. Watching this video brings back memories of my dad having me help with the house we were renovating and remodeling. He was also into cars and I would occasionally hang out with him late at night on weekends watching him fix cars. Also mixing different flavors of the Slushee I used to do that all the time as a kid.

That's awesome. My grandfather was a long hauler cross country. As he got older he did day runs. One time he took me from Boston to NYC on a run. So cool getting in to the yard in the early morning and hearing the truck start up. Dang could he drive those tight NYC streets. After a hospital delivery he stopped at the corner and had a hot pretzel man bring over one for me without getting out. LOL yes young minds.... Great memories...
My dad used to drive a truck and every once in awhile he would take me to work with him and it meant the world to me.. It was always the coolest experience for me as a kid, your son will always remember these memories in the truck..
I didn’t know you can bring your wife and kids with you on a long truck drive to a different state. Truck drivers deserved to bring there families with them, it will help the drivers not getting stressed and worried about there family. You are a good dad
You're son is so lucky he has a dad to spend time with him I grew up in a abusive home my mom left my dad now I have a stepdad but I really wish my dad would of spend time with me your son is really lucky
