tayyyy!!! toe is the inward and outward point of your tires! a positive toe will point them into your car and a negative will point them out! so if your laying frame like that with sideways tires the toe gotta be negative, and make it so its even, idk how good of an explanation that is but you gotta get that toe in negatives and have it match the camber.

I think it might be because the zero toe is in line with the caster and because if you draw a line through caster the point on the wheel on that line is in front of the contact patch, it would become inaccurate and the toe on the actual contact patch would be really toe in.
