I use to live at the Piazza, where the 2nd st festival was for 8 years. I hope you were able to view the apartments there. We lucked out with a 3 story apt in one of the hottest area in the city at the time. The only downfall was the lack of racial diversity due to the rent prices. This was way before Covid’s time

😂He's got an attitude. Don't mess with a man when he hangry and food is in his line of vision. 🌮🌮🌮 Great to see these apts. I've been in Europe the past five years and I'm preparing myself for the rent being 3x what I pay for a fully furnished here and I'm two streets from the ocean. My bff lives in Philly and my daughter and son-in-law in New England. I'm not doing those New England winters again though. Philly offere all kinds of events.
