Goodness gracious, Mary Ann. So eye opening, and shows just how easy it is for our homes to quickly become overrun with belongings. The sentence that came to me while watching was: “Our stuff needs stuff.” Or: “Our stuff comes with stuff.” We buy a new skirt, then we need a belt or shoes. The Build-A-Bear comes with a suitcase … and “needs” clothes. The kids participate in an activity; they come home with stuff. Eat out; come home with stuff. The buttons that end up in a landfill. The t-shirts. The soccer balls after participating in a sport. It’s never-ending. Why do we humans do this? Great video!

Look for places to donate items like medals, trophies, etc. Here in the States there are organizations that repurpose them for low-income teams and non-profits. My kids display theirs for a month or two and then we donate.
This is something I might try doing! We have a ton of stuff that comes in right now for preparing for holidays and such but I just can’t seem to reduce the amount of stuff!!
It's SUCH an eye opening experience. I did a couple times during birthday/Christmas months and it was shocking!! Let me know if you try it. And thanks so much for being here 💗
