anybody that gets the chance to train with shane should feel themselves fortunate. he is very exact but he works with you and explains things. plus, he knows different body types and doesnt force a single way of kicking.

Adam…keep going, keep trying until it doesn’t make sense…usually that’s either body or money that is the down turn…as long as you can kick and as long as you can afford to be where you need to be to keep yourself relevant- then keep on keeping on!!! Absolutely love the coach…he’s a great communicator, great illustrator, and can relate back to you and your needs all while being the subject matter expert- that is a true coach!!!! I hope you both stay together and find the path that takes you to the promise land - go get yours!!!

@Adam if you go frame-by-frame, you can see that you''re still kinda over-stepping with your left foot. it's really in the minute details, but i'm sure you can apply everything he told you that day and you can check the film to see if your body agrees to what you felt in the moment. the twist motion was still there in the end

I don't understand why Adam hasn't had a chance in the NFL. It's perplexing to me why a team hasn't, at least, brought him in for a training camp. I've watched a lot of football and Adam seems as talented as a lot of kickers I've seen. Good luck, Adam.

The worst quoute in history is "Practice makes perfect". Practice makes permanent. If you're doing it the wrong way 1000 times a day you're far from perfect. An experienced coach showing you how to do it properly will eventually make perfect. Great admiration for someone so talented be humble enough to try new things to hone his craft.
