I'd recomend the little tiles mod to you, it's usefull for custom doors, beds, chairs. And you can use it to have custom lamps also.

I used Little Tiles, and this is unworking shit (Minecraft 1.12.2) But Little Tiles allows you to create your own objects like doors, chairs etc.

for the crafting table, you couldve used brown chizzled blocks to cover the sides of the crafting table & changing the color of the counter similar to the crafting table so the craft table and kitchen would actually fit well

Not that difficult actually. When you are building big things detailed, you dont need to put that much detail in it, like walls. And you can just paste them over and over again. But little things like furniture takes much more time and patience to build cuz they need to be detailed to the brim

The benefit of this mod is how much detail you get I mean building in Minecraft is hard as it is but this this is a whole new level of difficult props to you dude I would love if you made a house that a car lover would have like a simple home but has a garauge and a custom car with a workshop in the garauge that would be cool and all done with chizle and bits blocks.
