this video made me think about how interesting the health/heart count is as a way of “environmental” storytelling, if that makes sense. i don’t remember any of what role creampiece’s character played in the last lifesteal season, but there are ten hearts that represent ten player kills just quietly sitting there on his hud showing that he remains on top competetively. it’s like the perfect show-don’t-tell device!!
