Eh... you could have restored the ottomans via somehow getting an exiled ottoman ruler into the formable nation of al-andalus, and return the favor to the osmanoğlu dynasty, who is exiled in 1936, so.... make it happen Bertocho! (Also historicaly speaking, after the reconquista, the ottomans took in a lot of moorish [the muslims of spain] and jewish refugees trying to escape the spainish inquistion, and some of those refugees were highly skilled craftmen, scholars, astronomists, experts in math, banking, weapons making and more, who had helped the ottomans. Kinda like how the byzantine refugees who ran into italy kickstarted the renaissance via their knowage in greek culture, philosophy, etc.)
@@kristibbs-lg9gy if he is doing it, Bertocho should better make 2 seperate paths for the ottomans, one for the classic post andalus ottomans, or... make an spano-ottoman empire thats christian and muslim, kinda like what if mehmed the conqueror became christian scenario (but way more wacky and cursed of course) kinda like in eu4 in the form of "in the name of kayzer" mod
Hyborean Spain in this mod and Malta in Kaiserredux. As for Malta, you need to do the focus Push Malta’s Bounds and from there, you can choose Empire of Outremer or Reinstate the Crusader Kings. Which the latter, installs Crusader States in the area.
The AI usually doesn't join wars if the enemy is too powerful. So if you have your army against their border, there is a chance they won't even join the war.
If the name Latin Empire hadn't already been used, I'd say it's more accurate a name than "Hispanic Empire." As you hold many lands with Romance languages, but a lot of it isn't Spanish.
Great video! The wait was totally worth it. You should try any of the other paths, going through the other side of the tree has some funny stuff too, maybe attempting any of the achievements. But I am happy to see that you have finally played the mod, I will now shut up 😂. P.S.: I might add an ottoman empire path in the full release.
