Hi Norma! Thanks for sharing another fun video! I have been dealing with migraines for a long time and so I understand how awful they can be. I finally went to a neurologist a few years ago and they prescribed me Nurtec. It is the only thing that has worked for me, and I have tried a lot of different things. I also had to stop eating certain foods because they were triggering them. Anyway! I hope that you find relief soon and keep sharing more fun places! Have a great weekend!

As a side note - migraines are inflammation of the brain. All chronic illnesses are caused by inflammation. We only get sick from foods. I would research carbs and what foods are carbs.

Wow hearing you describe your migraine “aura” made me feel like I wasn’t alone in this migraine journey. I get the flashing lights too which comes about 30-45 minutes before the pain so at least I get a warning. But someitmes like you the pain, doesn’t come?

$2000 for a seafood tower at the Cosmopolitan? I always get those headaches once in a while in long car rides, I highly recommend buying Dramamine because it helps out with motion sickness, headaches and even dizziness. The place looks packed , the food looks scrumptious. Lydia is so sweet to help you out with all that seafood, the crab legs look delicious 😋. It looks like you guys and Andrew had a blast over there together. The Ski Lodge looks incredible, it’s like Mount Charleston over there . I never went to the Aviators games, but I remember going to the 51s games when they used to play at Cashman Field with my dad when I was little, I caught a baseball ⚾️. The sandwich you ate at the game looks huge. I’m so happy 😁 they finally opened Fontainebleau, the pool there looks beautiful. Bellagio is my favorite resort on the Strip, and it’s awesome how they also recognize you from your videos. I’m glad you and Lydia are having fun enjoying yourselves back home in Vegas . I’m currently living with my mom here in the Philippines 🇵🇭, I’ll send you both a souvenir. I also enjoy the music 🎵 you put in the background. This is an awesome life of a local RU-vidr in Vegas , I love you both ♥️

That seafood tower looks absolutely delicious. Those scallops.....freaking yummy! I don't know about that price though. For that price, I think I could fly to Alaska, stay a week, and have all the king crab I could eat. But, I wouldn't be in Vegas. What a week! Really great job Norma!! 🌠

Norma I was a migraine sufferer for 5 HORRIBLE years, all I can tell you is these neurologist will just wright prescription after prescription no help at all. Go and get your Daith pierced on both sides. After it heals and you feel a migraine coming in tug at the piercing, the daith on your ears is an acupuncture pressure point, Then go to Sprouts market and get Badger balm headache soother. I really hope this helps you just offering some advice from a former migraine sufferer. Much love 💕

Norma, migraines can be brought on by scents. You may not be able to do perfumes or anything to scented. Start watching out if that's a trigger.

I usually hate pretentious displays like Salt Bey and Papi Steak, but I kind of like this one because of the character appearance/interaction! With those flippers, I would have made the penguin do the "We got 2 words for you..."🤣 How many people per seafood tower? I noticed 4 scallops, so I'm assuming it's 4 ($500 each?) It's a comparable experience to _Bazaar Meat_ I would say. I haven't been to an Aviators game yet, but I did get the Gamblers jersey and hats from their "What If?" renaming game! They recently got jerseys back in stock online if anyone wants one!

No more migraines. Once a day. I’ve never in my life had high blood pressure but it must spike during a migraine. Try this. Cut down on shell fish and wine. Drink water. Get your sleep. Love your videos. Your the best

Migraines are super annoying, hopefully seeing the doctor will help, might not stop them all together, but at least you might get some better tablets to help when you have one.
